I had a co-worker who is overweight with a overweight wife and overweight kids. It's sad. She doesn't work either, don't know how they can afford them on a single income of under 40k. I don't want to know what she does all day, wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't faithful. I just don't understand why people choose to make their situation worse for themselves and their offspring.

Hours of research, doesn't take like weeks to make a decision or anything like that. I have a mental check list so I actually toss aside a lot of stocks if they don't meet my initial criteria.

I buy companies trading for less than they are worth based on assets, earnings, etc. I analyze balance sheets, cash flow statements, and income statements to determine the value of a business. Then I take a long term position and hold through any drops and usually buy more if the fundamentals of the business are sound. I wait until fair value is realized or longer. You can even make money in bankruptcies.

I mine Monero with 14 Intel Xeon CPUs, I see it as the best privacy & security coin out there right now. I am also a value investor in equities.

No, Intelligent Investor is the philosophy behind value investing specifically, day trading and anything not fundamental or long term doesn't apply. Seeing stuff like this, explains why not everyone who's read it will "get" it, and make a lot of money value investing.

I am a network engineer. It's a great field in my opinion but there is quite a learning curve, especially for those who aren't already computer savvy. It's definitely worth it though, a lot of opportunities. I specialize in Cisco equipment, and would recommend pursuing the CCNA Routing & Switching certification to get started.

Idiots are the ones getting in fights, smart people avoid fights, it's really not hard to not get into a fight. Only reason to fight is in self defense, or for your country if it's getting invaded.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
