What do you mean by boss going directly to subordinates? Like they communicate with other members on the team about you?

Could I be she woke up in the middle of the night, checked her social, and just fell back to sleep? What happened, happened, but realize sometimes you make irrational decisions because of your state of mind. Would you have reacted the same if you were in shape and not anxious?

Just learn how to keep it simple. If you’re going to focus on the minute details you’re more likely to fumble and hate yourself for it. The most successful and happiest people I’ve met are the ones that just don’t give a fuck and don’t read into little details. How do you do that? I’m still trying to figure it out. What helps for me is thinking long-term and realizing that at the end nothing we do really matters — we all die and our ancestors and our future generations have and will all return t…

It’s always a grey area. Building a deep relationship with someone requires being vulnerable at some point. The difference is how you display or manage your vulnerability/emotion. Example, let’s say somebody got a promotion over you at your job. A: “Omg babe I can’t believe they chose them over me I am so upset I worked so hard for that and the promotion meant so much for me I really don’t know what to do anymore I’m so lost” B: “While the promotion meant a lot to me and I’m upset I didn’t get i…

Yeah good mentality to have. At the end of the day even if you lose, if you’ve done everything you can to try to succeed then it doesn’t make sense to worry

Yeah I’ve been adopting this mentality and it’s been putting me at ease. Worst thing that happens is I find out blue collar work isn’t for me, but I’ve been thinking about it for years and figured it’s a calling to try it

I’ve looked into IT as well, although not heavily enough; might explore it a little more in the next few weeks. Happy to see you’ve found something you’re interested in. Good luck!

Good questions. I think men are considered romantic because we generally initiative behavior, whereas women receive that behavior and respond to it. It’s the dude asking Rapunzel to let down her hair, not vice-versa. So when we initiate certain behaviors (buying flowers, fucking passionately, etc.) that is labeled as ‘romantic’ behavior. It’s kind of difficult to phrase, but I hope you get the idea. The acts themselves aren’t considered beta, it’s the manner in which you do them. If you have a s…

The only ones I’ve found that come close to that are Eastern European or Middle Eastern women, but I heard now through talks that even the morals and values in those areas are dwindling because of feminism. I’m based out of the US, but I think small-town, more rural and conservative areas would probably be your best bet. Women who grow up in farm-towns generally have less access to the dating marketplace than women who grow up in metropolitan areas. I keep thinking of the South or the Midwest wh…

Same boat. It’s an internal battle I have constantly. I think it’s a vision to be able to come home to one woman that loves you unconditionally and is loyal to you, with kids that are happy Dad is home, but that vision has been eviscerated and doesn’t seem realistic anymore after everything we’ve discovered through TRP. We know what it’s like out there, and we have seen how feasible it is to spin plates, so why should we ever believe a life like that is obtainable at this point? If you are still…

Two options: monk mode or wolf mode. The former would probably be best for now as it is a little more difficult to meet women during lockdown. You could go wolf mode and try dating apps to set up hiking dates or grabbing coffee if those are still open. Leverage lockdown to go straight into logistics for hooking up: ‘Hey since everything is closed we can grab wine and watch a movie at my place’ etc. Or monk mode: use the isolated time to build up your mental, physical, and professional gains. Sta…

Some do, but women like to protect their image. I’ve always had a weird respect for hoes admitting they are hoes, but generally women like to play dumb and build up a saintly profile for themselves to be more socially appealing.

You get a better understand of the overall scope of how male-female dynamics really work. You’ve been on both sides of the fence, allowing you to make (hopefully) better decisions to improve yourself and the relationships you have with people. It’s not an end-all-be-all or direct formula for personal, social, or professional success, but it can give you insight on how to better yourself and the steps to get there to reach whatever vision you’re working towards. Curious to know myself. Most of it is a mental game, not so much that you SPEAK and behave in a Stoic manner after something happens to you, but also not even allowing certain events affect you mentally to begin with. You’ll notice changes when you go through real shit and put it in praxis. Sounds shitty but knowing that at the end we all return to dust is kind of enlightening, and it makes you take shit less seriously and enjoy things more.

It’s rare. Largely timing and situation-based. I’ve found the platonic relationships I have with my girl friends are only so because I’ve known them for years. Even if I thought about it I would never make a move even if I’m drunk. I have some girl friends who I’ve openly flirted with that would never allow me to make a move. If you were to meet a girl at a bar now and build a friendship with her it probably wouldn’t be possible and vice-versa. Also, women aren’t necessarily blind that the orbit…

‘I’ve been truthful this entire time’ Extends to honesty in general; whether you’re potentially vetting for an LTR or trying to gauge a situation, women (most people) lie to either protect their image/ego or to protect something they care about. ie. woman can lie about being a former slut and manipulate stories to protect existing relationship they have with someone

Maybe a higher source, but it’s probably your gut; that ‘gut feeling’ we have was developed after centuries of cause/effect analysis of experiences. Your body may just be warning you on its own. It’s up to you whether or not it is actually your gut or potential insecurities arising, but based on what you stated it is probably the former.

You know the answer to this one. A ‘sometimes disrespectful’ girl who ‘whines’ - come on. LTRs are supposed to fawn over you and worry about if they ever come across as disrespectful or whiney, not openly do it. Slutty friends - birds of the same feather flock together; couple that with meeting male friends and you have a recipe for disaster. It’s one thing she has them to begin with, it’s another she hangs out with them alone. Every girl I’ve dated never hangs out with men without me there. She…

Whether it’s a plate falling off or an LTR fizzling out, losing a connection you had with someone will affect you on some scale. You need to rewrite your brain not to harp on a specific girl or specific situation; you should be so focused on other shit in your life that it shouldn’t affect you to this degree. If it doesn’t affect you 5 years from now, don’t spend more than 5 minutes worrying about it. Don’t know your exact situation, but remember that your goals will never fuck you over or cheat…

Haven’t really read up lately on the science of it, but I’ve started nofap years ago (with the occasional relapse). I will tell you that I feel just feel better overall than when I was frequently jerking it. Testosterone level generally increase, albeit there are diminishing returns after a week or so, you should feel more confident, and now when I fuck I feel like a fucking warlord. There are other perks I’ve noticed: hair looks healthier, overall better looking skin, more aggro (gotta use this…

Keep on track with improving yourself. Set daily goals, and short-term to long-term goals if you can. People notice improvements in you and your character, and it will draw themselves towards you. From reading your post, you give somewhat granular details on how certain social interactions played out; if your character shows you are overtly looking to make friends or do something similar, people will notice and it may deter them from you. Try to get out of your head. Lift, focus on your career, …

Saw the update - great that you stayed on track and finished the jog. Always remember you and your goals come first in life, women are just some icing on the cake. If you ever get anxious or annoyed, learn to channel that as fuel to further your goals. Use it to push yourself to run that extra mile.

Everything is situational. Generalizations are easy for us to weed out the bottom of the barrel and build a better hierarchy of women in our pipeline, but down to granular details no two people (women) are EXACTLY the same. If you were to list green flags and red flags on paper then it would only give us a surface level view of what’s going on. You wouldn’t be asking this without a situation you’re dealing with - what is it? DM me if you want

Add her — fuck it. I’ve been in your shoes and it played out well. Don’t even think about you being a simp or worry about the past. If she brings it up, just play it off. People change over time and they will notice if you’ve made improvements in your life, which I assume you did. Have fun with it.

I used to have stream of thoughts like this similar to yours. Suffered years of anxiety and depression, but it’s gotten much better. How are other aspects of your life? Are you working out, eating well, reading? How are your relationships with your family and close friends? I would start there and make any adjustments because discipline and improvements in these areas can help calibrate and better your brain chemistry. As yd said, and it may be easier said than done at first, but learn to get co…

Appreciate the insightful comment my man. You’re right — it seems like no matter the circumstances we will constantly be battling, whether it’s internally or externally. I’ve been with a wide range of girls ; I’ve had sluts that were great plates and partners, and I’ve dated more traditional girls that ended up being fucking nightmares. As knowledgeable as one can be, nobody can really predict anything — even extremely conservative girls with traditional values that I’ve dated have come back bac…

Discovered TRP when I was about 19, and I am very thankful I did. Still much to learn, but I am glad I was able to detach from TRP and apply myself and revisit it from time to time. You hit the nail on the head — it’s trying to reconcile my heart and my dick. In terms of the Francis quote, so you would say both men AND women are engineered to be non-monogamous? I remember reading that women are hypergamous by default, but men ultimately at some point would want to settle down (BP fantasy?) — at …

Grass is always greener syndrome. I don’t think it’s necessarily a bad thing to seek something exclusive, but only after gathering experience and wisdom in the playing field and the nature of women. But tell me more about what made you comment that. Edited for typo
