It's actually closer to 20% of marriages end in divorce and custody is around 70% for the mother except for Texas and Massachusetts. It's not all bad stuff. Men do get a raw deal in the end but our lives have meaning and our children are worth fighting for.

Hey. We're still half the population and half of the human experience. There will never be anyone like me.

No my dude, YOU, are an amazing man and she is not an amazing woman. Maybe you framed her that way with your young heart but she is not. You are a daddy and you gotta do good for those babies but you can't be strong all of the time. Its okay its normal. That wound is fresh but time heals all wounds.

Dude slow down it's going to be okay. I'm going to be 33 next month and I'm trying my best. You don't have to have a definite idea of who you are. You were married during the time most people use to explore who they are. You got a second chance. You can do anything. Don't let others life events define you. Most people aren't shit until they're in their 40s or 50s. Most people can't explore who they are in their 20s anyway. It's a new world out there. Take from a gay guy: 30s are the new 20s.

"bit I respect her wishes." #1. Do not speak to her do not look at her until you get a lawyer. 20 days is unheard of, usually its thirty days. Maybe you're just a little late posting this idk. If her name is on the mortgage then yeah, DO NOT leave the house or you may be locked out. If its only her name on the mortgage then pack the essentials cuz, you may be forced to leave. Record EVERY interaction with her. The lawyer will ask you to do this anyway. Get A Lawyer. You are unemployed though so …

Do not do ANYTHING that writ tells you to do and get a lawyer. That thing can say absolutely anything to get you into court even if it's all lies. My wife was able to file and have my son taken from me on lies and the judge did not care. Do you own the house? I'm sorry about your boys.

That just because she is the mother is no reason to give her custody and her being a pitiful mentally unstable pothead is not grounds for charity and a child shouldn't have to deal with that.

Realistically she will never do for a potential suitor what she did to you. Read: one man's trash is another mans treasure 😅

My stbx is making FaceTime with my son difficult. But the judge we're seeing has never granted a 50/50 custody he has only ever given a 75/25 and I refuse to be just a summertime dad without a fight. The entire time I was not working was spent caring for him, the house, my school, and her crazy ass. She did maybe two nighttime feedings and the REST was me because I know what my child needs. My point is I am all-in being a father to my son but her manic tik-tok bingeing self doesn't have what it …

Don't let strangers tell you how to pick your poison. When you're old are you going to miss your freedom or your kids?

Thank you. I'm trying to stay focused on what's important here. I've been recording every phone conversation and I have started making that into a journal for every time I get to talk to our son. I'm supposed to hear back from my lawyer yesterday but I'm going to reach out to him again today.

I want primary which is split 75/25. This all started when she said she was going to take him and I would never see him again since I get a "free" life.

She hasn't worked in three years and quit a job she got here on her first day. I haven't kept her from seeing him. I've never been to Mexico.

No. She is. The first hearing was almost two weeks ago. My lawyer had thirty one pieces of evidence and talked to her for almost two hours and caught her in several lies.
