You get in a very grey area with that though. What if they weren’t married and the guy was on board in the beginning of the pregnancy and decided after the baby was born that he doesn’t want to be in the kids life? Or they break up? No I would tell a 17 year old girl that she should have been using birth control. As a woman who is extremely careful about birth control and would get an abortion right quick and who has had a guy friend get trapped in a pregnancy (by his gf) I get the sentiment where yalls are coming from.
