You will feel a lot better if you cut out the alcohol, I hate to bang on about natural remedies but really, getting enough sunshine and exercise literally changes how you think. There is a good reason it's recommended for 99.9% of ailments. As for weed, just phase it out, nothing wrong with special occasions.
