The answer: It varies. Some guys can jerk off and still be fine. Other guys go through a vicious cycle where if they jerk off once they just end up jerking off every day because they're addicted to the dopamine. The latter are the ones that should cut it out. I have my own experience because I am the latter. I was jerking off 2-3 times a day every day for 5+ years (12-17). Ive been quitting porn and fap for 2 years. Honestly, as it became less of "nofap streak" and "I Don't fap" that's when I no…

Could you expand on how your tinder conversations work? How you frame the conversation in your mind so you say things in the right context and also how you can make something their idea that's really your own, (or resources on how to pick up that skill?) Pls respond, I think really logically about text messages and can't make shit out of them

is there something similar that lasts for hardwood floors? Essential oils seem to dry up in less than a day

I can't remember the exact post, or if it was in a book, but the general idea that's stuck with me is to be "unclassifiable" in terms of how other people perceive you.

If the rest of your diet is clean, a little bit of sugar won't hurt. I find that in the long run, the amount of extra pleasure I receive is disproportionately large to the amount of "unhealthiness" in the sauce. If 50 calories of sugar can help me eat over a pound of chicken, then it's not even worth worrying about.

I can read body language and social situations very well, but my conversational skills are lacking in that my questions often lead to dead ends or logistical answers. What types of questions are the ones that will lead the responder to answer passionately? And can you provide examples? What makes those questions good?

I find I never tire of brown rice/sweet potato, chicken breaded with corn meal, sautéed spinach/kale/general veggies, and siracha+mild bbq sauce. Simple, fast, healthy, and pretty cheap.

My brother I'm already reading on that, but how do you provide questions that they can give passionate answers to? When out hink of questions I usually get stuck with boring surface level things that seem to go nowhere or sound like I'm interrogating them.

I have a hard time finding what the other person is interested in, so conversation is very boring for me. Anyone know how to quickly find what the other person wants to talk about/what they're interested in?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
