Zoloft in my opinion is the least effective for causing anorgasmia (slow, or no orgasm). Paxil is the strongest with this. However, you'll see the effect with all. Usually if you take by the next day you'll notice the difference

It won't go away. It's like having someone close to you die. It's a helpless feeling and will hit you at times, less frequently when time goes on, but will never truly go away.
