Brother.. any project car that puts a smile to your face is a cool car. I love the Beetle platform and VW makes some great cars. Life is too short not to own a bunch of fun cars so get whatever you want and decide what you love the best. Maybe check out auto cross events near you when you're ready. Car culture is fucking awesome. Enjoy yourself!!

As an Asian-American man I completely agree with everything you said. The devotion I see on the Asian side of my family with marriages lasting 20+ years is something amazing. Asian women know how to take care of you and appreciate everything you do for them. I dated a Korean girl for 2 years and it was without a doubt the best relationship I had until she had to go back home and we broke it off.

I think years ago before social media consumed everyone's lives, yes there were unicorns. With so many people seeking validation on the internet, lack of real communication skills and self-centered lifestyles there are little to none left. I'm 26 now and tired of it. Best of luck to you though.
