I had a similar situation happen to me (similar false accusation at least). I was driving home one night from work and got cut off, hard, by a middle-aged woman in a Lexus. Hard, as in "swerve into the shoulder and apply full force to the brake and pray." She then proceeded to slow down, and was obviously on her phone. We both make the same next turn, end up next to each other at a light. So I'm pissed, and roll my window down. She does the same. I ask (not politely, but in a conversational tone…
