Take it from someone who’s spent a lot of time there...the Caribbean fucking sucks.

I would. You’re lying by omission if you don’t. You can withhold information like n count, but don’t lie.

What you are capable of achieving was determined before you were born by genetics. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You lead the best life possible by figuring out what activities you're best suited for and devoting your efforts toward those things. You can NOT do just anything you put your mind do.

Just enjoy interacting with her at work and leave it at that. I got involved with a higher up last year and had to quit when it came unraveled. It’s tantalizing at first but always ends badly. Your relationship will be ruined. Just don’t do it.

I’d cut it off as soon as the word “friends” comes out of her mouth. Fuck that.

If you don’t understand the importance of genetics, you know literally nothing else about physical training, and everything you think you know is wrong. Spouting memes like “do you even lift” isn’t a display of knowledge.

The Iron Rule says don’t disclose your n count, but zero isn’t a number.

How does she rub it in?

You’re hurting yourself by asking, making a woman your mental point of origin. “Please tell me what’s wrong with me, so I can change myself to be what you like.”

Don’t ask, it makes you look bad, and you won’t get a straight answer.

I did exactly this this year. Gamed her by ignoring the fuck out of her, it was a brilliant performance. After four months of that shit she came into me hard and I finally got enticed. It lasted five weeks before she rejected me, and now I can’t work there anymore. Such a terrible mistake.

Your success with women is much more determined by what’s between your ears (personality, intelligence, wit, game, etc.) than how muscular you are. She decides whether she’s willing to fuck you long before she sees your abs.

This won’t go over well, but the truth is that muscularity and strength are more determined by genetics than the details or length of your training. Just because others are bigger and stronger than you doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong (even though you probably are). You should still lift, and lift hard, but realize that you’re never going to be able to match others’ results. Read up on HIT training philosophy (the TRP of exercise)—I strongly recommend “Body by Science” by Doug McGuff, MD…

I never really had to swallow anything. Reading TRP philosophy clarified a lot of issues I didn’t understand, but it it wasn’t a bitter realization. I was motivated to learn because I dated the girl I loved and she LJBF'd and blew me off for another guy because I acted like a beta faggot. I played “friend” for three weeks until she announced she was fucking someone else in front of me.

I’m not reading it. Red Pill or not it’s a bunch of women taking and I have no desire to eavesdrop.

No, it’s not a real friendship, it’s a degrading consolation prize for the party who got rejected.

I only found TRP as a result of this experience. The pain it caused was a much needed catalyst for change. I knew TRP philosophy was correct because it perfectly explains what happened from start to finish.

Strength and muscularity are influenced more by genetics than training. Everyone should lift, but most people are never going to hit impressive numbers no matter what they do. It’s just life. This will get downvoted into oblivion, but reality is what it is.

As someone with a good physique and no game, its a lot less important than how well you talk, but it helps.

I’m 35 and just now noticing that I don’t quite blend in with a crowd of early 20somethings as well as I did a few years ago.

I had a huge crush on a co worker this year and dated her for five weeks, at which point she lost interest. Her rejection cut deep and I can’t stand to see her anymore. Before we dated, we had a flirtatious, but professional relationship and it was the best thing about coming to work. One day after five weeks of casual dating it was like a switch flipped and she became chillingly aloof. Later found out she blew me off for another dude. Seeing her was pure pain from then on and I could tell she d…

From someone who’s had it bad for a year, it’s a miserable way to live and by definition makes you unworthy of the one you want.

I’ve never held BP beliefs. The first time I read TRP literature I agreed with it. I just didn’t know what the fuck I was doing and still don’t. We’re getting conflicting answers even here.
