it is legally required that all employers have at least one gender neutral bathroom in the US regardless of the gender of their employees. check osha regulations bud. it's also not legal to discriminate in hiring based on gender so it's not a great idea to build your bathrooms based on maintaining a men-only work force. if there is always a line for the women's room and never one for the men's, as is frequently the case, then why is it necessary to have a men's only restroom instead of a unisex?

you do realize I can see the other comments you made about this in your post history, especially the one where you compared having to use a unisex bathroom as a man to having to sit in the back of the bus as an African American right? and again, I ask you why it matters who works in my data center.

I'm female. I work there. also, kind of fucked to insinuate that it's ok for employers to only accommodate one gender if they currently hire one sex as the majority of their staff. does this mean it's ok for day care centers or nursing staff wings or yoga studios or w/e to only have women's restrooms? you don't get to argue that having a single gender bathroom and a unisex bathroom is discriminatory if it is a women's restroom, then make excuses for why it's ok to do the reverse with a men's roo…

and why does that matter? to quote you "discrimination is still discrimination" I don't see that you asked anywhere how many men work at or frequent Wendy's.

the data center I work at has a men's multistall bathroom and a unisex/handicapped single bathroom, but no women's bathroom. somehow I manage to not turn that into a social issue but I guess y'all are entitled to be <<triggered>> by this if that's what floats your boat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
