5	How do I improve my self esteem? It really affects every aspect of my life, especially girls. Im 23 and have been struggling with self esteem issues my whole life. However slowly and steadily I am improving. What I have understood is that the key to self esteem is ACTION. You have to act first and then your self esteem will rise. Not the opposite. But the there is a catch: you have to do it all the time. When theres something you fear, you do it. Also be prepared to face a lot of failures and emotional pain but you have to keep going.
