3	April 07 - Weekly Improvement & Progress Thread Was sick at the beginning of the week but got back to the gym on Wednesday. Still not back to full strength but excited to continue training and adding weight. Trying to set some big PR's over the summer. My semester is almost over with final exams in two weeks so getting ready for those and just been reading a lot of books lately because I have had more free time recently.
