My levels were low when I went in, so they weren't where they should be natty to begin with. And I was lifting and eating well. Whether it's a lifetime commitment? Depends, do I want to go back to being low? No.

Everyone here should get on TRT. I'm serious. I go through a doctor, get blood tested once every quarter, and they helped me optimize my levels. I'm not even on a body builders dose and take HCG the days I don't pin T. It can be expensive but it's worth it. Beneficial in lots of areas of life. And in today's sexual marketplace- fuck playing fair.

I called and made an appointment with her, the cost sucks, but starting over with someone who may/may not work would be worse. I do have a mission, but I'm sortof stuck in limbo for a year saving to relocate. When I get there I don't expect life to miraculously get better, it might actually be worse for a while (Los Angeles.). I'm looking at monk mode for the year, gotta figure out how to do that without isolating/maintaining balance. Thank you for being cool, much appreciated.

I've definitely made some progress with a therapist, done IOP, etc. Right now the issue is I got a job and that therapist doesn't take private insurance so I have to pay out of pocket (it's expensive). I do have to get back though, all of what we worked through is coming undone. Videogames I've avoided, mostly because of the advice around here. I have a co-worker constantly trying to talk me into it. At a very base level this is about being small/short/juvenile looking and not being able to over…

Agree with most of what you said. As far as the comments about style, and malefashionadvice: There is some really valuable stuff there about FIT, but I will take your thought about having an edge and not doing the sweater/cleancut look. My question though is how to balance edge while also keeping a professional appearance?

I think it is a thing with parents. My parents got divorced when I was 4 and I never saw them together. That fucks up everything for me. I'm in counseling, but haven't really cracked it yet. If anyone has anything helpful to say about that I'd be grateful.

I'd agree with you about the logistics but I feel like some girls text game is part of the deal. I've gotten a lot of "you're so vague" or "wow so cryptic". My one girl seems to want texts as a comfort test. Others seem like they want hot texts to show their friends.

Could use some help with texting, girls always want to chat over text and I avoid the pen pal, orbiter behaviors like the plague, so they mostly get one line texts. Not working.

I found a mental health/addiction center that takes my medicaid. It's literally free, even my medications if I was taking them would be. I've been taking full advantage and I see a counselor once a week, it's amazing what it's done. Just knowing you have that mental escape route if something goes wrong (hey that was weird, I'll just write it down and talk to my counselor about it next week) has been a gamechanger.

"Your son, is gone. He was weak, and foolish. So I destroyed him." I think about this often. I still don't have it sorted out. You do have to destroy your past, but the "torn apart" feeling he describes is because, no matter how far he's come, he made it there, because he can't accept himself. He never graduated from anger phase. I'm working on that, I think it's the hardest part of the whole game.
