Match dot com??There are plenty of attractive women on dating sites. I use OKCupid because when I signed up for Match.com I got a message telling me "Sorry, we have no matches for you", which was depressing. As for OKCupid, I've been on there a year now, haven't really been using the spray-and-pray method, but have had a few nice conversations. Unfortunately none of them have led to a date yet, as they've all just stopped responding at one point or another. The main problem with online dating is that a lot of … | /r/seduction | 23/11/13 04:56 PM

How to improve my verbal game?I'm going to echo other comments in this thread with something I've said to others on here many-a-time; open everybody. Even if you can just exchange a sentence or two with a cashier, it helps a lot. Do it EVERY time you're in a shop, bar, college, whatever. It soon becomes second nature, and soon you'll start to lose the distinction between starting a conversation with a friend, and starting a conversation with a stranger. It's all about making it feel natural to you, because once you achieve t… | /r/seduction | 11/07/13 10:47 PM

A book that was my red pill and changed my life (That and therapy)Thanks, I really appreciate your advice. Yeah I do make excuses and procrastinate a lot, but unfortunately everything in life requires money, and that's something I don't have. My shoes have holes in, I haven't bought an item of clothing in 8 months, so spending a day's wage on a half-hour therapy session is just out of the question. This is where the NHS should come in, but it just seems ill-equipped to deal with this kind of thing. | /r/seduction | 19/03/13 12:43 PM
A book that was my red pill and changed my life (That and therapy)I've had a small set of dumbbells for years which I have recently started using, though I still find motivation to be an issue. A barbell wouldn't really work for me, as it would be pretty heavy and I have to move around the country every 3-6 months for work, which also makes any kind of close relationship practically impossible. It's kinda taken the pressure off me a bit when it comes to interactions, because I know I'll never be around long enough to form anything lasting anyway. | /r/seduction | 19/03/13 10:50 AM
A book that was my red pill and changed my life (That and therapy)I had a feeling you were going to say you'd gone private. It seems you have to be a basket case to get any help from the NHS. Sadly, I think is going to be one more aspect of self-improvement that I just can't afford, along with gym and new clothes. Thanks for the advice, man. | /r/seduction | 19/03/13 09:09 AM
A book that was my red pill and changed my life (That and therapy)I tried to get therapy about 5 years ago, but all I could get was a 30-minute session every other week with a "mental health visitor" who was probably my age, and couldn't really help me, just listen, and I had to end those sessions when I got a full-time job and couldn't attend. I wish I'd been able to get some actual help, because nothing has really changed since then. I've become a bit more confident, but I still have that underlying river of unworthiness running through me. What did you have… | /r/seduction | 18/03/13 07:29 PM
Talking with a pen in my mouth has helped me become a better communicator. The pen-between-the-teeth trick can also help to lift depression and make you more dominant, as it forces the mouth into a smile, releasing dopamine and testosterone. | /r/seduction | 07/03/13 05:06 PM

This sounds pretty similar to what I've been doing anyway. Had a few strange reactions, but guys warmed to me fairly quickly. I probably would have had more success if I knew anything about sports, but I could probably say the same for life in general. | /r/seduction | 24/02/13 09:58 AM |
Single for 6 years of my 20s. Moved to a new town for work. No friends or sociable colleagues. Help me, Seddit; I don't know where else to turn.I'm a contractor, I have to go wherever my employer sends me. They've sent me here for at least another 18 months. If I quit before then, I owe them a shitload of money. | /r/seduction | 24/02/13 09:54 AM

So after careful thought I realize my problem is I think too much and actually do too little. Any advice out there for how to be less of a thinker and more of a doer?Asking for advice = thinking. Doing = doing. Go outside. | /r/seduction | 09/11/12 12:15 PM
