Yeah I do make excuses and procrastinate a lot, but unfortunately everything in life requires money, and that's something I don't have. My shoes have holes in, I haven't bought an item of clothing in 8 months, so spending a day's wage on a half-hour therapy session is just out of the question. 1	A book that was my red pill and changed my life (That and therapy) I've had a small set of dumbbells for years which I have recently started using, though I still find motivation to be an issue. A barbell wouldn't really work for me, as it would be pretty heavy and I have to move around the country every 3-6 months for work, which also makes any kind of close relationship practically impossible. 1	A book that was my red pill and changed my life (That and therapy) I tried to get therapy about 5 years ago, but all I could get was a 30-minute session every other week with a "mental health visitor" who was probably my age, and couldn't really help me, just listen, and I had to end those sessions when I got a full-time job and couldn't attend. I wish I'd been able to get some actual help, because nothing has really changed since then.
