3	why do people upvote shit like this The imaginary view that rape is normalized by society. If anything rape is made to be one of the worst crimes someone can commit against another person. Media shows it as the vile act that it is, laws help support victims of rape, nobody is saying "oh, it's okay, it's normal to rape people". Pointing out that you're not raping anyone is apparently enabling rape culture, because it lets the rapists rape while you pretend it doesn't happen I guess?
