Definitely fictional, Eve.... Helen, who knows, but...um, what should she have done better to have prevented being kidnapped and raped? I always kinda thought the idea of starting a war between nation states to get your stolen wife back was a little egotistical. Actually, I answered my own quesiw. She wasn't a good woman. The good women in the Iliad and Odyssey either killed themselves and their children or let their fathers or other male kinfolk do it to prevent shame on their lineage. Noted

Oh. That's why I still wash my husband's clothes and make him his favorite meals even though I would rather just have some yoghurt. Because he cheated on me with a fat nineteen year old even though I could go for sex 2-3 times a day and he is good with 2-3 times a week. It's not just women who do those things. It's people in general.
