Yeah, normally I ask them out a day after the date, but since im still a student, I tend plan the date a week after (the next weekend). But to no avail everytime.

The park, coffee shop, library, bookstores, bus stop/metro. You dont have to go out solely to pickup girls, go on with your life and if you ever bump into one that you find attractive, strike a conversation How to not look like a creep? Dress appropriately, be well-groomed, lift, and take car of your outward appearances. Looking confident strikes a good first impression. Speak without stuttering.
