Problem is, I’m 6’/215lbs @ 22% body fat, have only an elementary grasp of frame and other RP principles, and am still terrified to be confrontational/to lead Women. Let's do this quick mental exercise. What do you think an endorsed TRP contributor would tell you? What would you tell yourself if you were 8% BMI and had all TRP figured out? We humans are a collection of past decisions. All that you have done has lead you to this point. What is the outcome you want in the future, and how bad do yo…

A girl I dated (and initially did this to me) once told me "Men give love to receive sex. Women give sex to receive love." Some women don't slut it out like most do and like to have sex in relationships, but it's the emotional assurance they are after; it's the feelings, "love", capisce? Edit: I will be explicit. Make her "feel" shit. Do you know why the "ignoring her" and "dread" advise are good? Because she will feel stuff. And if she feels it, then it's real.

You feel terrible because you're experiencing this right now, and it's hard to realize this will pass, specially when you haven't lived long enough. My personal experience is that, regardless of the little I remember from middle/high school, and boy did I fuck up a lot, I don't even look back to the bad days; they make me feel nothing, other than a chuckle remembering how much of a sperg I was. The memories worth remembering are those of you finding what you want for yourself. The "if X didn't h…

I want to add a personal experience to this. This situation happened to me in the past. The context, a few years ago I threw a party at my place. A co-worker thought it would be funny to test my boundaries and see what I'd do if he wrapped his arms around my girlfriend while maintaining eye contact with me. I intervened because it was a direct challenge/attack, and because of her reaction: immediately looked at me with a mix of fear and contempt in her face. Her reaction afterwards was almost ch…

There will be people who are inherently superior to you at your work place. How do you think hypergamy will play into that? Unless you own the entire place, no. And even then, why should you?

I have no idea what I'm doing. I can tell. Want a starting point? Read the side bar. Got questions? Ask in askTRP.

I would make the case that you should trust no one, for the exception of members of your clan. Trust is earned, which is why we plate women first, and then promote them if they have earned it. My takeaway is: oneitis can be your demise, and it can happen to any man. This post reminded me of some of the lectures of Dr. Jordan B Peterson. In them, he explains how throughout the bible there are a lot of histories and metaphors about the purpose of men and our inherent need for endurance. The mythol…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
