She knows...was part of the judgment. I suppose that is why she is ignoring my requests for the signed form, hence the motion to enforce judgment of divorce. Hopefully the judge sees it my way, but I have my doubts... I will not be giving her advice/direction. Will let her dig her own grave.

Appreciate the response. Going the Pro per route at this time. Asking for 2018 attorney fees in the motion to enforce. Not gonna let it slide. Am I able to file as head of household?

My advice... 1. If you can afford it, Hire an attorney. The bitch switch will be flipped. Expect it and prepare. Am also divorcing in Michigan, Pre trial date in October. Wife has become impossible to reason with, and now am stuck in fear of retribution for anything I do. Been slandered, jerked over and just about anything else you can imagine. I may just be bitter, but make sure to protect yourself, man. Remember to look out for yourself and the kids!
