First rule "losing the ego and acceptance of ur weak points and the need to change". So many people change their surrounding so they won't have to deal with their internal short comings. for example, most of the my peers hang out specifically with other people from same socio economic and cultural background because it's comfortable. You need to get out there and play the world and not limit the playarea. You grow immensely through observation and application.
