1	Ok if ever a reason to vote tory in scotland, election pledge to scrap corroboration requirement in rape cases. Um... I might be by myself on this but why is removing the requirement of corroboration of rape a bad thing? Other crimes don't require corroboration. Rape, as with all crimes in the UK, will have to be proved beyond reasonable doubt. 1	Oxford's Dictionary Mac App: Definition of "rape": "The crime, committed by a man, of forcing another person to have sexual intercourse with him [...]" The Gender Recognition Act 2004 requires no surgery, as such you could legally become a woman while still retaining your penis and could therefore rape someone. Without such an act however I don't think it could be constituted as rape even with an 'artificial penis'.
