I can never find the balance. I'd rather be running than lifting. It'd be nice to have bigger muscles. It's either one or the other for me every day. Running has been a God send for me, it's my little treat every time. "ughh I can't believe you run every day, I hate running" is what I am always being told. I am addicted to the meditation it gives me and the awesome feeling I have when I am done. Running sucks when you are just getting started. Get yourself an app. RunKeeper is what I use, it kee…

I get a different perception of this. I make a point to post funny stuff on social media and I see girls respond to it more in person. They smile at me or whatever when they see what I posted the next time I see them. But game is also where we are approaching random girls, so we are not always going to be social media friends. I'm guilty of following random whores on instagram and have no idea who they are.

not really, some girls go out alone just to talk to a bartender...

honestly I think my problem is that I have too many social occasions. I live a pretty good life with roommates in a cool city. I feel like such a bitch when I turn down going out. I am actually pretty lucky to have these opportunities.

haha I had this experience this past weekend, which kind of motivated this post. I bought a 12 pack of natty light and at the end of the night I went to grab another one and the box was empty in my hand and I said "Dude..." to myself.

Also, I must note: a 4-5 mile run the next day after drinking has cured many hangovers for me. It probably burns about 500 calories which is not much compared to the damage the night before but meditation and sweat of running cures everything else.

non-lift days means a lift day the next day, thats my current struggle. Going to the gym after even a slow drinking night feels worthless to me.

I open up this discussion a few times on here, and it's always even balance don't drink or moderation. When I drink I am in the zone and want to enjoy all the delicious IPAs and talk to girls. The only other option for me is none at all. Having just a few isn't worth it. Some success I've had in the past is to go hardcore no drinking for 2 months to catch up on weight loss and then get back into by doing it a few times a week. Then I overdo it again and the cycle repeats. I guess I am answering …

bars are gross to be at sober. It's a whole different experience imo

easy answer I guess. But then it's a shitty place to be sober.

NoFap is good because the longer you go the more testosterone builds. It's a happy hormone and it makes you just feel naturally "good". The longer the streak the easier it is to abstain, you don't bargain with yourself. It's really just a hormonal spike. I did 5 1/2 years, tried it again and realized it's actually better to not Fap.

There were just alot of signs that were inviting me to talk to her and she's a babe. I guess what I am asking is it bad to go after girls who have boyfriends? I am assuming there are no rules

How did your game go while dropping alcohol?

How do you guys read? reading a self-improvement book is great but it is a form of "mental masturbation". Do you take down notes? Most of it is not absorbed and applied because it can easily be forgotten.

I am currently dropping alcohol from my diet, to save $$ and lose some weight for summer. Bars and going out are my main social interaction. I went out and didn't drink last weekend, drank soda water with lime, and I was pestered every 15 mins about why I wasn't drinking. What do you guys do when you are trying to be social but are cutting alcohol?

I want to hear some opinions on reading. I spend a lot of time on Reddit, reading and browsing tons of useful information. I don't spend my time looking at porn or stupid gifs. I mostly read self improvement stuff. I have a ton of non-fiction ebooks on my kindle that I have collected over the years. Great books, but never set a time to read them. So my question, do you think reading through Reddit to be considered "reading"? I have vastly improved my knowledge through Reddit and just curious of …

complaining about losing weight is so stupid. People always ask how to do it...you know damn straight how to do it, diet and exercise. Do yourself a favor and get on r/keto it's a very easy way to lose weight, you get to eat delicious food and you rarely feel hungry. I am on it now and I am down 7lbs since the beginning of the month. I am making some sacrafices, I haven't drank alcohol or ate any carbs. You have to do something you don't wanna do to get something you want. You will have a newfou…

Really like what you said here, im on the edge of dropping alcohol from my life too...I think dropping that all together will make me a confident person all the time, instead of a few hours at night and a headache the next day...has your daygame increased since quitting?

Haha Im glad I'm not the only one. People accuse me of being gay because of it. Makes me furious. But fuck other people's opinions.

I am the same way. I know of girls that I flirt with and talk to show obvious signs that like me. My friends even say "you need to do.something about it, she likes you"...but I just don't, I can't explain it, seems so stupid. I like to say maybe I get enough satisfaction knowing that I can win over the girls' interest. I become lazy to take it a step further because I like the small win and the feeling. Be to be honest, I'm just cock blocking myself and I can't wait to figure out or ignore the r…

everywhere I visit on reddit for self improvement, I read about Meditation...I've tried it, but haven't seen any benefit...I've browsed /r/Meditation but can't truly find what I need to know to get it done...any suggestions?
