You're telling me that investing months into trying to be your best for someone, begging, pleading with them to open up or you can't stay and then breaking up isn't painful for the woman? You wasting your time on someone not interested isn't their fault. You wanted something that they didn't so you get upset about it and blame them? Makes little sense to me.
In criminal and civil law, assault is an attempt to initiate harmful or offensive contact with a person, or a threat to do so. Seems like harmful and offensive contact to me IMO
