Girls who turn you down solely based on your ethnicity aren't worth your time. Remember you are the prize and there's someone out who will return your energy. Focus on your strengths. There's nothing you can do about your ethnicity but a lot you can do about other things that are in your control. Just ignore the noise and walk with self respect and keep working on your goals. Signed another brown dude in America.

I'd suggest you go out hang with each other just focus on enjoying each other's company, make her laugh a few time, compliment her and then just go for the kiss. If she stops you and pulls away she's not interested and you know it. She can maybe change her mind later on but you keep her on back burner while you try to meet another girl.

But your own buddies can be a liability sometimes like you have to go back with them, wait for them, make them wait for you, etc. Going solo comes with your own freedom, although does make it harder to talk and connect with others because strangers don't trust you otherwise.

Agree with this so much. There's this girl that I like and have been seeing for a couple of months now but without any labels. She refused to have sex on first two dates but eventually on the third date we had sex. But despite that she doesn't seem very eager on texts and we only plan things about once in two weeks. To me it feels like she isn't putting as much effort as I am so I try to match her energy. But when we do have dates we have great bonding time with lots of hand holding, making out,…

Just make sure you call at 3 am, or at least after midnight on a weekday for a better chance at a second date

No it has nothing to do with values. By values I meant some compatibility. For instance, if I saw the same girl at a bar, I wouldn't have approached her. So whether I want to date her changes depending on context, same as for girls.

I also got ghosted twice you can check my post history and I can attest to all that you've said. And I'm not a creepy dude who simps over women and showers them with overwhelming attention.

It does matter for guys too. At least for guys who are looking for a serious relationship. For example if I was going to a dance class and met this okay looking girl who I practiced with regularly and we shared similar values, I wouldn't think twice about dating her.

Genetic engineering and gene-editing is making remarkable progress and in some time we'll be able to make super attractive, Thor-type babies. That will be a world where no one is ugly, everyone is 10/10 and no one would have an unfair advantage or disadvantage that they can't change about themselves. Do remember that it's all relative. Pretty people are pretty because ugly people exist. If there were no ugly people, pretty people wouldn't be so special.

I'm not moralizing what a woman should do, I would be equally frustrated if a guy did that to me (made me wait and disappeared in a non-dating scenario), it's common courtesy to treat others with respect, how is it so hard to understand?
/r/seduction30/04/22 08:23 PM
1

She doesn't even have to be honest before leaving, just make an excuse, but do let me know and don't just disappear.
/r/seduction30/04/22 08:19 PM
2

It's not even about confrontation. If you're a respectful person, you try to be polite and make some reasonable excuse, just like adults do. What the girl did is definitely not how responsible adults should behave. How hard is it to say "Hey I'm not feeling well right now maybe it's something I ate earlier today, have to leave now sorry". 99% of the guys would understand and let her go, not try to force her to stay or follow her to her car.
/r/seduction30/04/22 08:16 PM

She probably might have other options, otherwise this was a fun bar with lots of games and a cheerful atmosphere and she could've stayed. Much better than sitting at home, unless she had other options. Or like what the other people are saying, she was feeling unsafe, even though I didn't try to be aggressive at all.

I wasn't really expecting sex or anything, just some partying, socializing, drinking and dancing. As I "wrongly" assumed she wasn't looking for sex either. That's what it seemed like from her bio. Maybe I was wrong and she indeed was looking for sex, but we barely got to know each other before she bailed.
/r/seduction30/04/22 10:06 AM
1

No dude, she had on her bio "Looking forward to meet you, your friends, go out," etc. And we were together for barely 10 mins when she made that excuse. Plus she had a morning flight

Directly introducing yourself is less engaging and she might not be in a mood to talk to strangers. If you open with something situational like weather or maybe asking for help in grocery store, that opens the door to a potential conversation around the topic and you both might realize you have a lot in common.

No we don't work together, I just go there once a week for their specials. I was thinking of asking if she got my texts, but I didn't cuz I didn't want to put her on spot. And yeah I think maybe my texting was a bit bland. When I texted her that night, I just said I'm this and this and nice meeting u tonight. Then next day I sent her details for the date, both of which I didn't get any reply.

I asked out this girl at the restaurant I go weekly and she said yes. I said let's get a coffee and then I got her number, but when I texted her that night with some details about the date, didn't get her reply. I'm still a weekly customer at the restaurant and still try to chat with her. We are okay but should I ask her out again? Or wait a bit and then ask for a coffee but with more details in person.

Best way to make friends after college is through common interests/hobbies. Be a regular somewhere like beach volleyball, pickleball, basketball, football whatever interests you. Others will let you join them and gradually you will make good friends. Ask for their socials. If you're interested in dance, join a class. If MMA, join jiu jitsu, mua thai, etc. Also group fitness classes are really big, you make friends while working out. Only thing is you might have to shell out some $$, but that's n…

Thanks, that's super helpful! I think you're right that I might've come across as too goofy. I was trying to match her energy and she was also being high energy when talking about things that excited her, like being a vegan, music, politics. She also suggested we should go to this big edm club some time in the future because none of her friends are into edm. That made me feel she thought of me as just a friend. Idk if she misunderstood it as a friendly hangout or a date. I'm fine with her being a friend only but don't want to pay for our "dates" next time. Should I ask her clearly what she's looking forward from our hanging together? Also is it a bad idea to text her first after our date?

What if it's a conversation about something I know completely nothing about - like Mediterranean food, or a TV show, or vacation in a state that I've never been to? In that case, I feel totally incapable of contributing to the conversation.

I know someone who got married after meeting their person in a grocery store.
/r/seduction31/10/21 04:21 PM

But what should we do when we get sidelined from a conversation, whether it's a big group or just other two people speaking? I have always preferred 1-1 outing, dates, etc so that we both can focus on one another and learn about each other better instead of split attention in a group. When I get sidelined, I'm always frustrated amd feel like running out of that place, even if those people are good friends. I don't like feeling ignored, feels much better when I escape such situations.

I can relate to this. People say relationships add to your life not all encompassing. Sometimes we do have hobbies and passions and are happy, but the only thing missing in our life is a girlfriend that we want to do things with. How do we go about that? And just like you, hanging out with group of platonic friends isn't for me either, especially when you have a few aggressive friends who want to do the talking all the time and you are relegated to the background. Hate that feeling. For me 1 on …

Girls approaching guys is not something very common in a club. Good for you. I think even if you're not into it, keep trying and getting intimate with girls you like and definitely one of them would stick around for dating or long-term. Much better than someone who is just able to have a brief convo with a girl before she gets bored and leaves. It's a numbers game. Keep practicing your craft.

Quick question - What reason/excuse do you guys use to invite a girl over to your place? Is movie a good enough reason? Or something else? And how do you build sexual tension once she's at your place? Do you serve her wine or anything else in the beginning?
/r/seduction16/09/21 04:20 PM
2

Hmm yeah that's a good mindset. Even though it looks kinda forced, doesn't mean we shouldn't try it. It's not hurting anyone in anyway. But ideally, I prefer when there's a chance of having conversation organically. Like in an event, travel, party, etc.
/r/seduction15/09/21 02:00 AM
1

Yeah that makes sense. Still going out of your way to approach a girl sitting on the grass in a park to compliment her shoes sounds kinda awkward and unnatural, isn't it? It's easy if you're walking your dog and she is also then it's the best icebreaker. But other times, I can't see how you would start a natural conversation. Imagine the scenario. You went out for a walk to a park nearby to look for girls and talk to them. You saw one sitting on the grass either reading or on her phone or playin…

Your existing friend circle might have connections in your new city, just ask them and connect with them and if you get along with them well, you might get a new social circle.
/r/seduction14/09/21 12:34 AM

But you have to be able to get one of them in bed in the first place, his comment assumes you are just hitting on the girl and might have made a rookie mistake - came off as creepy/desperate.
/r/seduction14/09/21 12:29 AM

One woman that you hit on earlier will share your screenshots with other women in your "circle", and then forget about getting anywhere with that circle and search for a new circle with enough single women.

Tbh there are no strictly separate races, there are variations of them. Like people from Arab and North Africa now pass as white. No one knows where white ends and brown starts, or brown ends and black starts, and where does even yellow fit here? People have been mixing for thousands of years and so we all are so complicated to be grouped into simple categories. It's all relative. A brown person can become white in a country where the majority is black. So, I don't think we need to take it all t…

Lol man they are entirely two different species and probably can't mate (haven't confirmed), while we all are homo sapiens and we can.
/r/seduction03/09/21 06:34 AM

I sometimes wonder when it's well studied that mating with someone who is genetically a lot more diverse than you helps in the survival of the species, why isn't it the norm or coded into our DNA to prefer and find those diverse individuals attractive? Like interracial mating should've been the norm if that were true. I don't think cultural stuff have too important role to play either, because generally we can pretty objectively tell, with significant consensus, which girl is hot and which one i…

How would you rate your looks (and/or style) from 0-10? Do you get a lot of matches on dating apps? And usually how do you cold approach - pickup lines or simply saying hi?
/r/seduction02/09/21 05:58 AM

Lol no don't listen to me, I'm an idiot at dating and gaming still. But it never hurts to approach, make small talk and be friendly. If the other person doesn't seem that interested, I can always walk away. It's their loss not mine hah.

Cool thanks for the advice man, I'm gonna approach girla at my gym. The worst that can happen is they'll show they're not interested or just give brief replies, which means time to move on. I just look for a good eye contact first, if it's not there, I don't even bother approaching. They might take a quick glance and then look somewhere else, in those situations I know it's worthless to even approach, so I don't.
/r/seduction21/08/21 06:52 AM

Go with the purpose of networking. You learn so much about other people, which may sometimes even end with with career, business, social, or romantic opportunities. I meet tons of people who I'm probably never going to see again, but often I have seen familiar faces then it's easy to break ice with them the next time you see them.

Well, I kinda knew the lead was gone, but tbh when expectations don't match reality, it sucks. Hey no worries for late reply. But it's very insightful as similar thing happened to me before. The girl asked me to send a photo as she didn't remember how I look like and she also talked to many guys. We had a good little chat at the bar, but let's face it - I'm super average, maybe below average by looks and if I had sent my pic, she would've ghosted me, so instead I ghosted her and didn't send her my photo. Lots of good advice man, thanks! I think I can have a conversation but most difficult part is breaking the ice. Some people say directly go for a compliment and after a brief conversation, ask for her number.

Yeah man I have a kinda similar story also ended badly because of the lockdown. But what I learned was that we as guys should never become attached to any chick ever unless we are in a relationship.
/r/seduction24/07/21 04:12 AM
1

Yeah I was considering that, but I probably won't. Don't want to think too much about her, if she's interested she'll text back, else I will keep my search going on.
/r/seduction24/07/21 03:25 AM

Yeah dude, I'm not going to delete her number, but many numbers that I have I'm sure I'm not gonna hear from them ever again. (Never replied, drunk when got their numbers, etc)

What do you text the chicks the next day? If she's drunk the night she gave you her number, it's highly likely she won't remember you the next day and won't text you back. It happens to me all the time and I wonder what I'm doing wrong. Never got a date from a club even though I'm always approaching or just having fun.
/r/seduction22/07/21 03:35 PM

Lol that's a good perspective, I need to learn to not give a fuck while in the club. Though it might help to have a friend right there to help rebuild your confidence, but I go out by myself and probably will still handle it. Oh and alcohol helps!

My hair has been going grey lately in my mid 20s, maybe that's an advantage that would work in my favor of having light hair ;)

I've had such experiences a few times before and it feels bad inside, mostly because I'm a self-conscious person and think other people might be laughing at me. This thought stops me a lot nowadays to approach women to dance with me. I need some way to reframe this thought or some strategy that I can do in real time after being rejected. I was thinking maybe simply wave "bye" at them while I keep on dancing? It won't look as bad as simply stopping your dance after she turned you down.

I need to know the best way to handle the situation when you come close to a girl while dancing and look into her eyes as an invitation to dance together but she turns you down, turns away or gors back to her seat. How do you save yourself from the embarrassment?

I know how you feel you cared about her so you didn't want to selfishly just "use" her for sex and then leave as you don't see a future together. Sometimes you just have to give it some time. Sex becomes not-so-exciting later on anyway when you are very used to each other, so her sex drive may have reduced or something, and she may not look as crazy as in the beginning. But anyway try to see if you guys can still make it together. If not, don't sweat about it and look for another woman, there ar…

How did you open with her? Just randomly approached and complimented her?

What do you say when someone asks you, "hey if you don't mind me asking, how much do you make"? I can't help but be an open book because I feel like I would be more friendly that way.

In other words, keep experimenting with different approaches and see what works and what doesn't. Let experience be the teacher. Additionally, I feel luck is also a huge factor here.

Great suggestions man! These things don't come to mind on the fly but definitely I'm going to try them the next time. Even just making out would be good progress!

Oh wow man, that's so cool! Yeah sometimes I do like what you said. Just dance and have fun in the club and a few times, women have also joined me. Even after that, at best I just get their number/IG after a couple of exchanges like what's your name, where you live. I live right next to a hip club which a lot of pretty girls frequent. Still I haven't been able to get laid during these 5 months I've been here. Maybe if I mention during our small talk that I live right there, it might be a bit eas…

Lol I've had no success so far, I approach women all the time in the bars, but nothing comes out of it. Maybe their numbers at best, but they don't reply the next day. Dating apps don't work either since I don't look like a greek god 😂
/r/seduction01/07/21 06:44 PM

Yeah that's the best strategy, but I don't think I can get any more female friends now since I am already out of college and it's damn hard to make new friends once you're out there. There are no girls my age at work too.

When I look back I feel so embarrassed how big of a simp I was. Maybe I still am who knows lol as I'm still single.

Can confirm, I became obsessed with a female friend in college who just saw me as a friend. One night I called her and confessed my feeling and also said I want to keep my distance from her. She said she understands and then we never talked again.

It's easy to come up with topics with friends since you are really familiar with them and their interests, but a new person is completely unknown to you. But yeah saying anything makes sense lol

You might seem thirsty by her as well as other folks around you. I am very self conscious so it's a struggle.

We can do that, but nothing comes to mind after that lol We just blank and awkwardly walk way after saying hi.

I don't think it's courteous to approach while they're eating their meals and going about their business. It's almost always a reject and you'll feel bad about. Only do it if you have some genuine question, like she dropped her handkerchief on the floor or something like that.

Exactly I also feel the same. I can dance though, but still that doesn't take me anywhere. Maybe because I go alone that's why? But if club is not your space, you can go to laid back bars or lounges where the music isn't that loud and good place to socialize.

What are some of your favorites spots for cold approach? I don't think gym is one as everyone has their headphones on. Neither is approaching on a street because many girls won't like a rando starting to talk to them. Many do approaches via their dogs, but I don't want to get a dog just for that purpose, plus I don't have much time to take care of it.

We just go there because there are a lot of attractive girls at the same place. There are very few such occasions.

I target 8 to 10 only. And I don't think any girl is choosing me, at least I've never noticed in the clubs. They all are eyeing that muscular greek god type guys and the rest of them just chatting with their friends. Idt clubbing is for me. So even if I move out of downtown, it won't really impact my dating life but I'll be able to save more and not live with roommates.

That's me, except that I'm not a hermit and frequent clubs every weekend. Always approach lots of attractive girls and don't care much about rejection. My dance moves are also pretty sick and I'm also relatively friendly and not boring. Still haven't got a single date or one night stand despite living in this downtown for 5 months. Got 6 or 7 numbers but they never reply back. Am I cursed or just ugly?

If the girl happens to be one of the male's gf or crush, then you might have just initiated a bar fight if you don't play it right. It's better to approach a group of girls instead.

Oh interesting theory. But I also believe that, beauty is more objective than subjective. Like if a girl is pretty, more men would think she's pretty. As compared to a below average girl, some men may find her pretty, but most won't.

I would suggest High Earth Orbit instead of Low Earth Orbit, unless you want to fall back to Earth if the attraction is too much and the atmosphere too thickk.

One great advice I'll give you is to leave this sub for a while, deactivate social media and find something more purposeful to do in life (like helping the poor). It'll give you more happiness. When I was in this sub, I used to overthink everytime I used to see an attractive woman, whether to approach her or not, blah blah. But now, I just do my think and only approach if it's a good situation or I have a genuine question. Otherwise I just ignore. Don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. Just li…

That directly goes against the popular notion "Have you ever seen an sad person in a lamborghini?" Yes they definitely do exists and in fact, in large numbers. I also live in South Florida and see guys showing off their luxury cars outside the nightclubs blasting gangster music and trying to seek attention from the chicks. Rarely do they get anything.
