6	My ex wife is currently $32000 behind on her court ordered child support. Local enforcement office says "there's nothing we can do" Hey there. I don't have any sources to cite except personal experience. I was divorced in Texas with court ordered child support and currently reside in Cali. When I started my most recent employment the child support was taken out on my second check. The good thing for you (again based only on my own experience) is that apparently Texas's laws supercedes Cali's since TX drafts up to HALF of my check and to my knowledge Cali limits it at 15%.
