Egyptian Cotton sheets. Really great quality. I’ve had them for over ten years now. UGG boots. Not my style anymore but they were. Apple airPods

He is so nice! He solicited his ex gfs sister for sex/sexual images so she could make $50!! He’s so caring!!

Exactly. Even my ex who was LAZY as fuck still left work the second I told him I was being induced and was there the entire time. He’s a man child but still had the decency to be there instead of fucking someone ten years younger.

Did you date my ex? Lol I dated a guy whose wife left him because he worked two full time jobs and never spent time with her or the kids. By the time he met me he had a about 3 evenings a week off and was actually making an effort with his kids. I didn’t have an issue with the quantity of time we spent. He called or texted every day and was really good about keeping in touch. I just hated that he would hit me up last minute expecting me to be free when he was. I just stopped saying yes even if I…

Yep, i have a five year old daughter and she never stinks! She just looks a little greasy when it’s tome for a bath. Oh my god lmao I don’t want to even think about men’s sheets!! I wash mine once a week. Sometimes I go two weeks but then I feel bad about myself lol

Oh my god don’t get me started on men’s towels. Somehow even when I was 20 men always had towels that looked 10 years old. Like did you steal that from mommy’s house when you moved out? I have target towels that are literally $5 and are great. Of course i love my Egyptian cotton towels, but seriously you don’t have to spend that much money to have decent towels. And they only ever had one fucking towel. That alone just shows how selfish and lazy they were. Also bathing twice a day is overkill an…

Absolutely love that book, and this is 100% solid advice that I wish I had gotten years ago.

I know. It is absolutely baffling. Imagine a woman didn’t do these things? She would be shamed. It’s expected of us. It’s the strangest double standard.

I recently read a post on a relationship sub where a woman was upset because her boyfriend, during shower sex, was upset that his gf washed herself in front of him. Said it was weird. Then she said he used soap as lube and she asked him not to because she is prone to BV and yeast infections. Everyone in the comments was like maybe you get Yeast infections and BV because of your boyfriends dirty dick. If he thinks it’s weird to wash your privates maybe he never washes his and that’s what’s fuckin…

Like someone else said, if she commits he will get bored. That’s why I always tell my friends not to play games but instead VET the men they are considering. It doesn’t matter if you play it cool/indifferent to get his attention, if he is only looking at you and chasing you because it’s a game, he will lose interest when the game is over.

There are a serious lack of role models on television and a lack of representation of healthy relationships. And I do understand that the drama drives the story, and it’s not real life. But few relationships are as romanticized as the relationship between an ancient powerful male vampire, and a young human girl are. It’s something viewers get especially attached to. And usually the character and the audience is given a choice between two male characters who are both mostly bad. With Twilight it …

Yes! The relationship between Elena and Damon is disturbing. It’s like when twilight came out, and I was disgusted by the characters of Edward and Jacob. And everyone else was on one or the others team. I was like I’m team Bella getting the fuck away from all of them! It’s dangerous that these abusive men and relationships are romanticized in tv shows, movies, and books, and that normal healthy relationships are seen as “boring.” Respect isn’t boring!

Yep! That definitely resonated with me. I know a lot of guys say they love how forgiving we are but I actually think it makes them respect us less.

Yep! Pre FDS days I had a guy I was dating and after the first time we were physical (it was good) he got really down on himself and was freaking out about his performance. He did this weird thing where he said “it’s not like you came.” When I had in fact finished. I broke up with him because I knew I couldn’t handle his bullshit. I didn’t want to have to deal with a meltdown every time we had sex.

Yes! And the guy in the post talking shit on himself for liking to fix things.. what?! I love a man who knows how to fix things!! I’ve definitely dated a couple of these guys. It’s important for a couple to build each other up. A man who needs constant reassurance is a selfish man. Those guys rarely say nice things about their gfs and even if they do it’s all centered around THEM and how they are lacking. It’s not a compliment at all. Rather, you’re too good for me and it bothers me so I’m think…

It’s okay! I often wonder where FDS was when I was 21. It honestly feels so good knowing I’m never going back to those kinds of guys. I’m grateful for the lessons I’ve learned. It’s hard to not look back and be mad at yourself but have compassion for that 21 year old woman. Society basically conditions us to accept poor treatment from men. I’m just so happy that so many women are breaking the cycle.

I hate guys like this. The “you’re too good for me” guys. Or the ones constantly asking what you see in them. It’s all an ego boost for them. If a man says that he can’t see why a woman would be interested in him- believe him. There are major major flaws and he’s literally telling on himself.

This is why I no longer date men who 1. Play video games and 2. Can’t keep a clean house by themselves.

I have been thinking about this ALOT lately. I’ve had experiences with women, but mostly a long time ago. And always physical. Yet I still referred to myself as bisexual. I’ve recently stopped doing that. Im not truly bisexual. At least not anymore if I ever really was to begin with. I used to be into certain things that this sub is against. It wasn’t until my last boyfriend who showed me that passion doesn’t have to be wrapped up in pain/sexual violence to realize I probably didn’t even like ha…
