I'm glad you're happy with your current girl.

Feminism doesn't only acknowledge the issues that affect women. Obviously you can cherry pick posts but that does nothing. I guess my point is, fuck gender roles, do what you want, and find someone who likes you for you. Men don't need to be big or strong to attract a woman. And women don't need to be quiet and dainty to find a man.

And you think most women participate in hypergamy? How I see it is women know their value and are trying to be equals in a relationship. That means if I'm working to improve my life I also want a partner who's working to improve his life so that we can both be the best we can be. I've seen too many women take care of men who refuse to work or refuse to clean up after themselves. If that means dumping them for a man who will do those things that's not hypergamy. That's equality.

I don't require most of those things (yes I want a partner who I think is handsome and yes I want him to be gentle with me and our kids). I also don't think a minority of women think the same as me.

I misread your comment, my apologies. Also I doubt I'm in the 1%.

You're right but they are also making it out to seem those are the only requirements men have for women.

Great, then find the 25% of women who don't want those.

That's kind of you to say but overweight is overweight and being overweight is fat in most people's books.

The poster chose to use pink. Saying women have to wear pink is sexist. See the difference?

Not all women want or need those things out of a man.

I don't really see that. I'm a feminist and I'm also kinda fat and yet I don't have an issue getting guys.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
