The article says that so far there's not really a system in place to deny applications, and if they did deny one there's no consequences yet either. So as of right now it's just a formality to let the state know who's in the country and who's not, but it does set a very uncomfortable precedent and could evolve into "you'll stay here if I say so" if the situation calls for it. I mean why else would you limit it to fighting-aged men

I feel like this one's kinda fair, one of the defining characteristics of a himbo is being nice/well meaning despite being a bit dim. Bimbo stereotypes are often portrayed with a lot more negativity. The fact that there's a top Disney himbos list and they're all pretty much universally loved characters shows my point. Imagine a list of the top 10 Disney bimbos.

He's tired of the implication that other people can experience the same thing for different reasons it seems

Depending on who you believe, that can count as both a rape case and a false accusation case. I'm inclined to believe that anyone who says they know multiple people who have been raped and no one who's been falsely accused of raping someone (or vice versa) is strongly biased in who they choose to believe. Unless there's proof or a confession involved, but that's usually not something you'd hear about from friends or family

To be fair that's usually how genuine discussions are started, and it's a lot better than the alternative of only allowing people you know agree with you to comment (like certain other subs), but yeah this person is not here on good terms

The amount of times I've seen people unironically say "my misandry can be justified, unlike misogynism" is astounding

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
