The other reply to your comment seems pretty accurate, but like they said, in the end (figuratively, and literally at the end of their comment), while the dick of the law is rather large, the government obviously did not impregnate them. It is ironic that many place blame upon the organization that's using others' contributions to help further their genetic legacy because they were irresponsible and foolish enough to bring a human into a world they're already struggling in. Of course, maybe I'm …

I wonder if allowing men to opt out of raising a child would result in more abortions. That could be good for the country if it meant less people who could not afford children were having children. If not, poor women who cannot keep themselves from becoming pregnant would be even more reliant upon me as a taxpayer.

I laughed at that part. Basically said, "What's the point of going your own way if women don't care?" Well who the fuck cares whether they care? Moreover, why does OP care? Why would anyone in the manosphere care? I don't participate here much, but I'm still subscribed for the interesting reads that come along every so often, not for creating sides and building walls to sling shit over.

What benefit do you garner by bringing nationwide attention to it? None, I doubt it would bring about any change. I'm not saying black people should protest black-on-black crime or anything like that, I still find it worth noting that "Black Lives Matter" focuses only on blacks killed by cops. Just because you don't see black people trying to fix their problems doesn't mean they aren't. Trying doesn't really mean much when statistics reflect otherwise. And they can protest against police all the…

This type of thing is also ignored by the BLM movement. Although black people are killed by cops disproportionately (yet not as often in general) in comparison to whites, they commit a disproportionate amount of crime. Not to mention, about 90 percent of the time a black person is murdered, it's at the hand of another black person. So it appears that as far as BLM is concerned, black lives only matter when they're taken by white cops.

enraged-infant attack Hah, as in they're attacking infants who are enraged or they're the enraged infants? I prefer debating ideas rather than sides, but both act like enraged infants a lot of the time, same with many modern feminists I've seen.

Not speaking on anyone else's behalf, but there's a difference between blame and recognition. For example, my parents were very strict when I was younger, which contributed to my introverted personality at the time. You could accuse me of blaming them, but I'll gladly admit it isn't their fault; it's my own. Identifying something as a potential influence on your actions doesn't necessarily mean you aren't taking responsibility for them. For example, people may recognize Disney films as a source …

That generalization is so vague it's practically cheerleading. Not saying the vagueness wasn't appropriate in response to my comment, but there's not much to debate here because of how unspecific it is. Although the 150,000 thing was very specific; I wonder if it'd be more poorly received if TRP made a comment like that about women. Might as well ask, an example of a reasonable generalization would be recommending exercise for men because women are attracted to muscles, yes/no?

And as it was foretold, I didn't even have to make a specific generalization for you to move on to the second phase. Or maybe you're on Side 1 because you're generalizing about a side.

I think I know how this goes. Side 1 makes a generalization, side 2 says not everyone is like that, side 1 doesn't care because they're focusing on the majority, someone says "sexism," someone gets called a "special snowflake," and then—most importantly—nobody's minds are changed, so we come back to discuss the same thing next week. Not implying anything's wrong with this.

It's a childish concept. We are objects. Just a bunch of DNA that thinks very highly of itself. If a girl wants to view me as a walking cock, I can't begin to imagine how I could possibly convince myself to give half a shit. Besides, if women "sexually objectify" me, maybe it's because they dig my package. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that I love sexual objectification, and you should too. It brings us together as objects, and secures the survival of our species. If I say I wanna chop that a…

Of course they're entirely responsible for being retarded, but you asked why they're being retarded. There's a difference between "blaming" your own stupidity on society and simply recognizing its influence. Feminism, for example, sticks with blaming while TRP is constructed for recognizing and acting accordingly.

You could say communication is inherently manipulative, and the negative connotation associated with manipulation may lead people to assume it's inherently bad, but manipulation is unavoidable when, for example, you negotiate a trade or interview for a job, whether you're attempting to convince someone to have sex with you or trying to get them to leave your home. Besides, being a "manipulative jerk" isn't illegal, and if a transsexual or a fat girl in a corset "manipulated" me into having sex w…

I can't speak for people that would rather have sex with someone they're not attracted to than not have sex at all, but the line of thinking probably isn't much more than "dick feel good." I don't imagine it's as much a matter of "wanting to be bad at sex" as it is not caring and just wanting to get your rocks off. Putting more effort into sex with an unattractive partner probably won't make it that much better for you anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/16 05:15 AM

not attracted to the woman Yeah I'd rather just not have sex instead of having sex with a fat woman, but I imagine many guys out there may do otherwise, so I maintain that point; it's simply a matter of preference. I can see why—maybe the've gotten tired of fucking their hands and would prefer any vagina, even one that belongs to an unattractive girl—but to each their own. Fatties want some action too.

humping a couch Vaginas feel better than couches? If you'd rather have sex with someone than masturbate, it's not "irrational" to do that without putting forth 100% effort. And as far as I read, he's not saying men in this scenario are "not attracted to them." Sounds like he's describing a scenario similar to a very talented pianist just jamming out at home for fun, without putting forth 100% effort since they're already enjoying themselves. He didn't say people can't be nice without being a doormat (as far as I read, so it may be you that's "taking the example to its most extreme"), but the fact that you'd call someone a doormat just because they "don't like getting rejected or making women reject them" is what he's referring to.

Well yeah, one is paper and the other is a chunk of flesh. And I'm not sure what the endgame of all this is, but I think being vocal about getting really offended by "irrelevant" online comments may actually cause more people to make them rather than the opposite. Yeah, part of "swallowing the pill" is not only a matter of recognizing traits like that in others—men or women—but more importantly, accepting responsibility for your own mistakes, stupidity, and/or weaknesses of the past without blaming others. To drive this example to an extreme, theoretically, rape could be sexual strategy. Of course, the legal consequences make all the difference. its up to the individual to add that part or care about it That as well. And you can say law is a product of ethics/morality (like social contractarianism), but when you game someone, it seems like the main difference between TBP and TRP is that TRP says that it's perfectly fine since women are (or should be legally considered) adults who can make their ow…

And while it may work for women, simply "not being fat" isn't enough to cut it for being an attractive male. In some cases, a chubby dude can actually be better off than a skinny little bitch. Jizzebel and the Fluffington Post can keep telling women that fatness is the physical manifestation of empowerment, but it's kinda funny to see girls who would actually be really attractive (and happier) if they lost 20 pounds, but most who go fat don't come back. Sure, but I have a preference for skinny/athletic girls because I think fat girls are are gross. The way you say it, the way they interpret it, and the place or context in which you share that opinion are factors worth considering. For example, I can say, "I'm not attracted to fat girls." But TRP already does focus a bit on what men do, it's just more centered around how those actions impact society or the individual readers. Like the guy you replied to said, "If you do Z, they'll definitely do X and Y." His point is that, for example, if one person says that women cheat, and you say that men do as well, it just doesn't really serve any practical purpose as far as TRP readers are concerned. Agreed. And one of the most interesting parts of that is how even biological differences between things like how men and women reproduce influence cultural norms, which in turn influences biology since those cultural preferences may drive women to reproduce with certain men, therefore creating new genetic traits and mutations that determine the futures of both evolution and culture. Although they both influence one another, culture is ultimately a product of evolution. How could culture exist be…

Most people probably don't, that's why it's called a romantic "fantasy." Unconditional love is an idiotic concept. It seems appealing to people when they see it on television, but someone who fails to let any of their partner's actions get in the way of their feelings for them may be mentally unstable. This is why the whole "loving them for who they are rather than what they do" thing is stupid. You are what you do. What you do is a reflection of who you are. "Love" is made out to be some myster…

I thought it was okay at best. But I'm also not one for Hollywood's focus on remakes/sequels of classic films, nor am I a Disney/Abrams fan. It was like a superhero flick with the Star Wars brand on it. I think the comic relief sucked, the characters were lame, some weak scriptwriting, blatant marketing, and the story wasn't very creative/original. Just very overrated in general. Films marketed towards women suck—and I'm biased as a male—but there are a few films with great female leads. Jodie Foster killed it in Silence of the Lambs. I love that film; her character was great. I thought the Terminator series did pretty well with Sarah Connor, too. Princess Leia in the original Star Wars trilogy was a great character too, but Disney's new Star Wars film basically made the female lead a superhero because they were scared of making her a "damsel in distress."

I already understand your argument, and if you want a response to the jury argument then read my previous reply. Race isn't black and white (heh). It's not a binary scale—now more than ever—because what one person's labels as racist may not be viewed the same way by others. wonder what you left out, what you passed over As you should do with everything, even sources you typically trust/agree with, not just "bigots." Doubt is great, but you can only doubt a claim if you're willing to consider it in the first place. And it seems like you're not willing to do that if you perceive someone as a "bigot," which, as you say, is "illogical from the very beginning."

Yes, I agree a legal proceeding should have unbiased jurors who are not personally related to the criminal on trial or something like that (because they may give a "not guilty" verdict in their own best interest rather than doing so in pursuit of justice/truth), but it still doesn't mean everything they say is automatically false. My only point is that your subjective decision to label someone as a "bigot" has no bearing on the validity of their claims because their claims should speak for themselves. Actually, there's no logical discourse happening because you refuse to hear it. You realize that by hating a group of people (those you'd label racist/sexist) and refusing to consider any of their arguments, in a sense, you're doing the same thing you accuse them of? You're being irrational by letting your feelings about people determine the validity of their claims rather than just viewing the argument itself.

Then even if I liked the patriots, if you presented a valid, rational argument as to why their defense sucks then I'd be willing to consider it and possibly agree with you. By your logic I should immediately disagree with anything you or other opposing fans say about football.

Of all I wrote, that's what you got out of it? Please reread my comment and find something that I actually said to disagree with. Regardless, limiting free speech to adhere to your feelings is what the Catholic church did to Galileo. For example, think about sociological studies. Is it good for the scientific approach as well as your intellectual ability if you have to stop to think every time you find new results, "Will this study hurt someone's feelings? Maybe? Better throw it out now."
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/16 01:59 AM

That's not the point. It's irrational to completely discredit any claim that someone makes because of unrelated things they say that hurt your feelings. It's irrational to assume that because of one irrational claim, every other claim following it is irrational. It's irrational to assume that someone who says one irrational thing is incapable of making any rational claims. [edit] For example, I think you're being irrational right now, which I'll keep in mind, but I'll also continue attempting to…

Which, as far as I understand, is that if someone said one thing that offends you—no matter how unrelated it is to the current topic at hand—it immediately discredits any point they may make because it indicates a "fucked up belief system?" That's like you disagreeing with me saying "5+5=10" because you looked in my post history and saw me say "Jews suck."

If I say "black people are more likely to murder," even if I am racist, it has no effect on the validity of my statement. Whether I hate all black people doesn't change the statistics; your accusation of racism is just an emotional, subjective reaction to a statement that you don't like, as a tactic that shuts down debate. So no, "anti-PC" people don't give a fuck about your feelings; they care about free speech (the very thing you use to whine about racism and sexism), and they value someone's …

TRP focuses on changing yourself but there's still a general attitude that, yes, while change is obviously possible, it takes a lot of work, and most people typically don't change much (which is why they wouldn't recommend dating a self-proclaimed "ex-slut").

Admittedly, the vast majority of art I enjoy is created by men, and while I didn't initially think this topic was worth discussing (since we know men are superior to women), seeing your comment makes me glad OP posted it because it's hilarious how your brain automatically resorts to placing the blame on men.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/16 09:39 PM

And that claims of "objectification" and "dehumanization" have no more substance than a feminist saying its feelings have been hurt. Which is completely irrelevant (and hilarious) when you're focused on results. Or reality. Seriously, how childish is it to complain that someone "doesn't see you as human?" In fact, I'm not even attracted to women. I literally see them as walking plates with silverware arms. I invite anyone reading this to objectify me as hard as you can.

And adding onto that, the women these guys may have asked for advice from have no experience picking up women while men do (and not only success, but knowing what actions result in rejection as well). This leaves two options: Women are too stupid to know what actually turns them on and are misidentifying it to others, or that they do know and they are deliberately lying. And they may unconsciously omit crucial details that they didn't notice or are ashamed of or something. For example, men will …

What are you procrastinating from doing? This is going to sound condescending, but if I find myself being lazy (not doing something I don't want to do), I simply tell myself to stop being a pussy, sigh (if necessary), and get started. Complaining about the way your demographic is portrayed by the media is a feministic tactic. White men are the best at being villains anyway. Nobody could've taken Vader seriously if he told Luke, "I am your mother" in a high-pitched black female voice.
/r/TheRedPill10/04/16 08:22 PM

It's not worth your money. For TFA, they knew Star Wars fans (who were typically white males) would pay to see it no matter what, so they casted an attractive female lead to widen their target demographic. And it worked very well. But if they keep trying to force these "rebellious, strong, independent" female leads into the films, they may risk losing the original fanbase. actually the issue with your argument is that you don't provide any actual evidence. i think you are just repeating what you think and don't even know why you think that. My point is that people use the "sexism argument" as a way of dodging other questions. I'm capable of identifying the fact that you don't like TRP because of the way you respond to it emotionally, but again, I don't care about how it makes you feel, I care about whether the logic stands. I can't speak for TRP on an individual basis. It doesn't elicit an emotional response from me because I judge it through a rational lens, and frankly, do not care how it makes others feel (whether they agree or disagree with it). So people of TRP aren't actually trying to have sex, they're only "emotionally manipulating" women out of spite? You imply that no man can convince a woman into having sex without "hating" her, and as if that's his primary motivation; you also imply that anything a man says about women is wrong if he dislikes them. red pillers are misogynists is a logical argument In proving what? Every aspect of TRP is wrong because you think they're misogynistic? Even if everyone there hated women, that fact alone wouldn't dismiss everything they say as incorrect. Pulling the sexism/misogyny card is an emotional response to arguments—it doesn't address the argument's logic itself, but rather how it makes you feel, which nobody cares about. red pillers reaction to that argument tends to be illogical, i.e. "just because we…

And the same applies to you, but Sir Nigga's point is that nobody can change your mind with logic if your conclusions are built upon emotion. For example, This makes them come off as misogynists. Relying on sexism or misogyny as a fallback is an emotional response to an argument that can otherwise not be won with logic. They always seem to focus on the negative aspects of female nature Which, as he said, makes you feel bad. Aside from the fact that this implies they're correct, what would you sa…

Fair enough, but we then appear to assume that women are incapable of actively declining men who wear people down and make them feel bad about themselves and insecure as if they have no choice, so the responsibility is placed entirely on one party for manipulating rather than the other for getting manipulated (better yet, making a rational decision that this is the type of person they'd like to reward the actions of with sex).
