You're on the wrong sub. You need a relationship advice sub.

Losing weight is a minefield, everyone will tell you something different. I am firm believer of calories in vs. calories out. So you eat more than you burn = gain weight. Burn more than you eat = lose weight. It is that simple. To track colories effectively you can use myfitnesspal - that app will help you record your daily colorific intake. But you have to be honest. ANYTHING you eat, put it in the app. You have to be accountable. The app will also help you figure out what your daily intake sho…

Agreed. This could easily be a response to the OP being on this girls mind a lot. She's just hanstering herself a way to feel better.

So you found TRP, and you are on your journey. We all found TRP at different stages of life, and we are all in different stages of that journey. It sounds like you've found it early in life, and you are in the ealry stages of your jouney. So you're in a good place. But that is not a field report. A field report shows what you have learned, and how you have put it into practice. You have leaned not to pussyfoot around women. Or not to put pussy on a pedestal. But your interpretation of that is po…

Breaking news: All women have orbiters thirsty for their pussy, even 6's & 7's. Is this what is classed as a field report lately?

Great FR, brutally honest with yourself and the group. This could have been a work of fiction with all examples 8/10 and above....good effort OP!

I wasted YEARS in that Christian environment. I think I am more angry about that (and how the women would openly joke how they are the boss etc, as they know the men in the community are under pressure to do nothing but pedestalise them), than I am about learning Red Pill truths. Even though I had success in my teens, I was literally brought up to be a pussy. That makes me angry every time I think about it.

I shouldn't make too much of a big deal of it. We're all there to work out, as quickly and as efficiently as possible. As I near the end of my routine, my equipment options reduce to the specific exercises remaining. I will often ask, "Hey mate, how long have you got left?" so I just figure out what to do next. I'm just looking for an answer so I can either wait or move on. If jumping in is offered then fair play to the person already using the equipment. Likewise, there's always the same people…

Women will have sex with you, if they think you are worth having sex with. So if she says she is asexual, if you want the truth, you could ask her directly....but it will only put pressure on her to lie, and try to be nice, to help your feelings. So this is not the best way to go. Put a tracker on her phone if you can. See where she goes to walk the dog for 3 hours. I suspect the dog is not being walked. Try to get access to emails, facebook, messaging apps on her phone. She is going to be commu…

As everyone has said, encourage your dad to go lift with you. But take this opportunity to watch and learn what NOT to do for the rest of your life. You'll find it hard to keep your mouth shut - but just do it. At least you can go into adulthood with your eyes fully open. No excuses for you young man!

Good point - but try getting a married man to be blunt towards his wife in that way.....it's gonna end in a whole world of pain. Better to be not married so you can keep the IDNGAF attitude, and leave the relationship if you want to.

This is an interesting post. For 3 yrs I have been in an LTR, after 2 divorces. So I'm a little older, with a few more blue pill mistakes under my belt than most. Recently I have often thought that NAWALT, having found the girl who never argues, always wants to please me, fucks good, sucks good etc. Same sense of humour, makes good money, pays for herself. In fact I live in her house rent free - but I pay for my own house, and whats ours is ours, we don't have any claim on each others possession…

Keep going, life is a struggle. You get good at one thing, another test comes along. As soon as you're killing the job, you'll get a promotion, with new challenges. You'll feel like you're back at square one. It's how we grow. Same process with girls. Remember, it feels good to overcome the fear and beat your demons. Good luck!

I don't think Cardio is stupid. In my time I've run 3 half marathons and 1 full marathon. I've also dropped from 104kg to 81/82kg by counting calories and a lot of cardio. As TRP directs, lifting is important - for many reasons - which is now why I lift more. But I won't stop the cardio. I want a good balance of health, I don't want to be as big as a pro wrestler - I prefer the hyper trophy look.
/r/TheRedPill06/08/19 06:01 PM
2

This is where I struggle. Lifting 3 to 4 times a week, with 2 cardio sessions too. Trying to cut that last bit of body fat, by being in deficit. But eating all that protein - that's going to add calories and reduce the cut, right?
/r/TheRedPill06/08/19 03:37 PM

I'd be interested to hear more from you. I'm at a stage where I dropped from 104kg to 82kg (229lbs to 180lbs). I am 6' tall - went from size 38" waist to 32". I tend to hover around 80-82kg, but find it hard to lose that last bit of fat around the torso that is hiding the lower abs. Any advice would be grateful - but I suspect its probably just dropping to 1000 calories a day.

There is always politics in the workplace. As a consultant you are there to do a job, not complain, and get paid well. Finish your contract, and move on. However, a company will always do what is best for them - likewise, you must do what is best for you. Don;t always chase the money - some roles may offer opportunities to learn new skills which may pay off in the future. Always be professional. That's the key. As tempting as it may be, do not burn your bridges, as you never know when you will m…

I thought TRP was amoral? It seems to me that you have a moral compass, well done to you. You have to be true to yourself, if you don't like the situation, get out of there. Well done to you. Or you could be coming across a bit white knight...which is bp and stinks of jealousy. As already said, why is he alpha? Is he ripped and handsome? That doesn't make him alpha. You said he is a supervisor....at McDonalds? Nuclear Power Station? Call Centre? All I have learn't from this post is that yo…

That is not plating a girl. Nor almost. To plate a girl, you have to fuck her without commitment, other than to fuck her again. You met a gamer girl, exchanged contact details - of sorts - and didn't follow up. Try harder next time.

Remember to lead, and escalate. You can still be a nice guy, but better to be an asshole. Its really eye opening saying comments to women you'd never dream of saying - then seeing the response that they actually love it, and lap it up. Put yourself first, say what you want, be who you are. Abundance mentality / you are the prize.

I live with my girlfriend. I have my own house too. We split food bills. She pays for her house, I pay for mine. We earn similar cash, we split the bills in restaurants, we split fuel if we go out for the day. We make sure each other isn't out of pocket on a day out. I can leave at any time. She can ask me to leave at any time. It's only my turn, I know that nothing is forever. But at the moment it's going good. I have fuck you money, I can head home if I want at the drop of a hat. She thinks otherwise. You said it. Keep improving until she thinks you are better. You are here because you are not happy. That's why we all come here. You are unhappy because you are not the best version of you. Just focus on you - eat better, dress better, take care of your shit. And jesus lift lift lift (and cardio, burn that fat off). What's your SMV? What's hers? When you are 2 points higher than her, she'll suck your balls dry. The question is, when you are ahead, will you want her to? Just focus on you and be awesome. And don't do duty sex. Let her know its unacceptable.

My first marriage - I was way too young, 23. Brought up in a religious environment, encouraged to marry, have kids - always do the right thing. Well marrying her wasn't the right thing as I quickly found out. But wasted years of my life trying to make it work. I had no RP in my life at this stage. Just an upbringing of "happy wife happy life" type cliches. I didn't have a cue what I was doing. No kids thank fuck, we split everything 50/50 and went our seperate ways. Second marriage was a lot dif…

We're all learning. Every day is a school day - and that comment is for me as much as you. Take time to reflect, what did you do well? Where did you compromise yourself? What would you do different next time. When these situations arise, you'll be prepared. There is a lot of experience on this sub, hopefully you can learn from the mistakes of those (like me) who only found this sub after making every blue pill mistake going.
/r/TheRedPill12/02/19 12:33 PM
14

Correct. Red Pill teaches that, "she is not yours, it is just your turn". Your turn to fuck her / be her boyfriend...whatever the relationship was to you both, it was your turn - now it's not. I am in the same place of sorts - I am in a LTR, but I will never marry her (I have been married twice, once should have been enough). I value my independence too much. Study hard, build a career, lift, meet women - but always ensure you are the prize. And always remember, it's just your turn.
/r/TheRedPill12/02/19 12:25 PM

As well as AWALT, it's always good to remember "it's just your turn". It helps keep perspective.

You're right, I was waiting for this comment! I dropped the word in expecting a much bigger backlash. Whenever I think about the LTR, and how I am happy with it, I still have to remember that AWALT, and it's only my turn. I need to keep doing me.
/r/TheRedPill31/12/18 08:46 AM

Yeah maybe - maybe it's just a poor choice of word. What I am more concerned about is the following sentence - never being called an ass hole. This really means never putting myself first, not focusing on me.

Yes there are kids. I love them dearly. But if I had my time again, I would chose not to be a parent. This sounds harsh, I guess it is. It is the one reason it took me so long to leave the relationship.

100%. One of my failings was not providing that roller coaster of emotions. I never did anything to warrant being called an ass hole. I didn't lead, I let her lead, and she did it badly. When I complained, then the emotional responses started. Arguments would be started, but I wouldn't entertain them. Just STFU, but in a total beta way. Nice guys finish last, 100% everytime. Be yourself, put yourself first, DGAF. And when you are with a girl, bring your A game. Be awesome, fun to be around. Thes…

I am in another LTR, with a bit of a unicorn. She doesn't nag, whine, bitch. She earns good money, pays her way. She puts out, loves sex as much as me. What's nit to love about it? Well, I do as I please. I work on me. I don't neglect her, I am kind to her as she is to me. But I go to the gym and lift. She knows if she asks me not to go, I'll laugh at her. I also know I am the prize. And, at the same time, it's only my turn. We live together in her house. I don't pay any rent. I pay towards food…

No mate, this is how a lot of it is, and why we end up here. My recent divorce was due to this exactly. Gave her everything and she behaved worse and worse. I found TRP, but it was too late for me. I hated her. I can see now why it happened, it was my own fault. It still hurts though to think you can give someone everything and they are ungrateful as fuck.

It's not rocket science when you look at it like that. The hard thing is hurting the other person. But when you know it's not right, and when you are mentally checked out of a relationship, you have to pull the plug. The more commitment (shared house, marriage, kids) then the more pain involved. But if you know it's over - do it now. Sooner it's done, the sooner you can get the fuck on with your life. The experience you have had, and the guidance from here will help you not repeat history - hope…

Reading this reminds of hooking up with a girl in a club, then going over to meet her at her student house later that week. As we were in bed naked, she told me she wasn't going to sleep with me. OK I said, blue pill to the core. There wasn't a second date. That was 25 years ago.

It's never too late. You think you joined late? I came here at 40, with one failed marriage, and another about to fail. I am divorced twice now. Thankfully the first marriage had no kids, and assets split equally. I got away lightly!I am still very grateful for the redpill truths I have learnt, and I know now what is required with my current LTR - although to be honest, I still keep in the back of my mind, it is just my turn. She likes to spend spend spend, but I like that Fuck You fund to be nice and high. Read married man sex life primer. It explains the dynamics of a relationship. Lift, lose weight, sort your wardrobe out. I can't stress how important it is to not be fat. Be attractive. If you are not a model with natural beauty, do you best to get in the best shape as you can, invest in good clothes, that will make you stand out above most lazy slobs.

Interesting the different responses so far. I'm not far enough in RP to know what the right answer is. Maybe it's a yes or no. Maybe it should be some A&A. "mmm, this is so good. You'd love it. I am 43 years old, been training seriously since Jan 2017 (although I have gone through various stages of activity throughout my life including running 1 marathon and 3 half marathons.). Very brief history - Lost some weight 2015, looked better (got to size 34" Levi's). End of 2016 they didn't fit. I weighed 104kg (230lbs) and I now weight in at 82kg (180lbs). I am 6' tall. Not sure it is Mormonism. They would excommunicate you, but wouldn't disown you, or stop your family and friends talking to you. My guess is Amish.

Here is an opportunity to own your shit. Although nervous, don't be scared or afraid. Don't say anything you don't want to. My friend, it sounds like they are trying to control you, and you are your own person, with your own thoughts and beliefs. You don't have to say sorry for things you are not sorry for. Although this sounds hard, if your family and friends won't talk to you because of how you live your life, they are not worth your time and effort. In reality I am sure your family will still…

Who is the prize? Do you have oneitis? Do we reward bad behavior with attention? Have you not got something better you can do if she is withdrawing her attention from you? Are you showing you are butt hurt? Do we text for logistics or to feed their emotional needs? Are you owning your shit? Is it a shit test? Remember the basics: STFU, or A&A. Remember sorry is not a word to be used in daily language. My LTR recently had a go at me for being mean to her on the phone. She was ranting about someth…

You are obviously in her frame. You care too much about her opinion. Improve yourself, lift, get a six pack, read the sidebar. Focus on being the best you can be. Sounds like a shit test to me. Do you know what a shit test is? Use A&A, amused mastery, or just shut the fuck up. EDIT: Wasn't meant as a reply, submitted via my phone.

Sounds like you were doing good, up to the time the uggo had a fit of jealousy. Tough to think on your feet in this situation, but it is a learning curve. Options - maybe A&A - say to the uggo, "Chill out, I was gonna ask for all your instagrams"! Or just keep cool, speak to your intended target and say, "lets catch up online" and comment on her next instagram post. Remember, practice make perfect!

Bobby is right - don't put yourself in the position to get burned. Personally, if someone damaged my shit on purpose, it becomes a matter of principle. I would be angry - at the fact it was damaged, and the fact it will cost me money. Maybe you could speak to your ex-wife, something like, "I was disappointed to see the car come back from your farther with all the scratches on, but more surprised he didn't do the decent thing. It's booked in for repair, I hope he will contact me before the bill c…

As already said, this is a good victim puke. At least you show you have read and understood TRP theory. Anger is a hard phase to pass through, if not the hardest. I am still angry with myself for years of being a beta pussy. Now comes the hard work. Fucking hit the gym like it's a gallon tub of ice cream. Start being that awesome fun guy your wife married. Stop hamstering her affair. Whatever happened, it sounds to me like you are lucky to have her. And she initiates? Fuck her hard man, and good…

Buddy, you're not even married and you're on duty sex? Are you purely beta bux? Does she work, earn more than you? Are you funding her lifestyle? Are bills split 50 / 50? I hope,if you guys are living together, that you are not funding her lifestyle. Start being a better man, and decide if she is worth your effort.

I have been making good / steady gains on weight loss. Started the beginning of the year at 104kg (229lbs) and am now 92.5kg (204lbs). I am 6", and I can now fit the slim fit shirts and levi's i used to be able to wear, and look good. My LTR says to me exactly the same thing, "Don't get too skinny Honey". My response, "I still have a bit to go, I need to get rid of my gut". I see it as a comfort test, as the next thing is she talks about herself needing to lose weight. I find her attractive, but…

Why does she want to "date" other women for emotional support? Red Pill truths are that women only want to fuck who they think are worth fucking. I have experienced it first hand - currently getting divorced from a woman who said, "I don't know why my sex drive is low". Well, we all know why....... She has to approve who you fuck? What if it's a HB9, is she going to approve that? I doubt it. Dude, does she earn good money? Do you support the family? Sounds like you are beta bux, while she goes o…

If everyone who lost frame, worried about every time they lost frame, they'd be too busy worrying to keep frame! Forget about it, and move on. Next time, try hold frame. Remember, STFU, A&A, slap the ass, be a jerk, smile. Assuming you get married, you'll have plenty time to practice this.

Keep improving yourself, encourage her to improve also. Do it in a positive way, and if she refuses, be outcome independent and suggest next time maybe. If you are fun to be with, she will come with you.

Have you tried it from being that fun guy / leader type approach? "Hey hun, tomorrow we're going to the gym together then I'm going to take you to XYZ restaurant for a healthy whatever she likes". Take away the decision making prcess from her. My other half needs to be led to be healthy and exercise. I am setting the example, she wants to lose weight, but is not a gym bunny. Hold her hand, so to speak. Show her you got this, and shes coming with you. Maybe tell her how much you love it when you …

Sounds like a bad case of oneitis to me. If you were a bloke on RP sub, you would get verbally destroyed! Have you been on many dates? I think you are quite old, in this day and age, to not have had a boyfriend - but still way too young to not let it matter. Go on some dates, find a guy you like, hold his hand. Get some life experience - not necessarily sexual experience. When you find a man you can trust (or think you can trust) and you think is cute......let the relationship blossom. But skip …

Maybe the sensitivity of the OP's SO was not the best, we don't know, But the OP brought it up. If the SO was RP, he could have used AM or A&A to defuse the situation. But, if you will ask a question, be prepared for an answer you don't like. RP is about being honest with yourself, and WORKING HARD to be the best you can be. We all hate hard work, society as a rule is lazy.....everyone wants results straight away. Losing weight is the hardest thing I've ever done. Since Jan 1 I have gone from 23…

Hey, RP man here. Losing weight is hard, I am currently doing this myself, as part of my own self improvement. Infact, it's almost gym time! Here are a couple of harsh home truths from a man's perspective... All men look at other women, even if they love their SO. It's just how we are wired. My SO needs to lose a few lbs. She knows it, I know it. She tells me she wants to lose weight. I tell her if she gets any fatter she'll do it alone - with a joke and a smile of course! She calls me shallow, …

Hindsight is 20:20 What's your SMV compared to hers? What's your income compared to hers? You live in her apartment - does she own / rent? You pay your way? Is she the provider...the Alpha? What is in your favour, to make her act like you want her to act?

Good luck on your new journey. You are obviously angry right now, and fair play to you. My advice would be this: 1) Depending how old the kids are, don't go slagging their mother off. No matter what's happened, they will still love their mum. Truth will come out when they are old enough to understand. 2) If you have cash in the bank....join a Casino. Withdraw a few hundred at a time, then go to the casino, stay 20 mins, then put it somewhere safe. A friends bank account, a safe at a relatives ho…

I'll keep this short, as I'm about to head out. You're about to take the toughest road you've ever been down. But if that's the right answer, and you've thought it through, and there's no other way, do it. Do it now. Do not delay. It is time wasted achieving nothing if you delay. I am speaking from experience, as are most on here. Make a plan, where you will live, finances etc. Then execute. Your child is young and it will not have to adjust to any divorce. Start living your life again. You have…

Like others have said, no one is perfect. We all have our own strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what they are helps us overcome them - or at least cope with them. I am extremely shit at funerals. I have suffered the loss of my mother, and older brother (I am 42 now). I lost my brother 10 years ago. Thinking about him brings me to tears. Some things you just have to accept. It will get easier. Get the funeral out of the way. Rely on your first mate. As we say in England, keep your chin up.

My friend, you are 27/28. You are in your prime. I am 40, on my second wife, making the same mistakes 2nd time around. Thankfully you found this site before you have made the commitment. Do yourself a favour. Study hard, build good relationships with your bro's.....and FFS next this girl. You've got countless opportunities right in front of you. Here's a thing. When you get married everything should be perfect. It's after that things go down hill. Red flags before marriage will just escalate qui…

Agreed - you are making changes to your frame. Be aware of the changes you need to make, and work on them. Eventually it will come naturally, like muscle memory. You are retraining yourself to be better. I am retraining myself to be better. I forget to work on being that "happy go lucky upbeat guy". When I forget, I am not him. When I remember, I am him. I am changing my frame...but it hasn't changed yet. When I am that guy all the time, it has changed.

Actions not words my friend. Use this time apart to lift, read, and get into that frame of mind of OI. It's gonna be hard to re-define the terms of your relationship over email. I (like you) are new to TRP, so you have to be patient. Agree & Amplify is ok when you're in person, you can smile, and generally take the piss out of your other half. But the tone in email can be interpreted different ways, so what is A&A to you , might just sound like you being a twat to her. Hopefully when you next se…

I had a similar issue with my wife the other night, had some decent sex, but wasn't interested in kissing. I was worried about it for a moment, but when I had my dick in her mouth, and was literally holding her head and fucking her face, I decided not to worry too much about it.

Take the job, get the career advancement. You are not married, have no kids (I assume, you make no mention of it). You will have more disposable time to better yourself, meet new women, more cash to spend on yourself, or save.....or whatever you want. EDIT: It will also give you the opportunity to be more RP, as no-one will know you. win / win.

I'm used to the rejection pain - I've been beta too long! My mindset has been for a while that sex isn't worth the effort with her....we definitely have ups and downs, and most of the time its a battle of wills. Still early days for me - lift / diet, read, hold frame, repeat. I need to be patient, and become RP competent. But she is my wife, we have 2 great girls, and I want a shit hot relationship. As my SMV goes up, and I hold frame, I know it will come to me.

Cheers for that. I don't try to initiate every day, but I have read on here that it is important. Or that is the impression I get. I am just working on myself, but I don't want to be missing important steps. But I take your words on board. Thx MD.
