3	Always listen to your body. This is so uncanny. I had the exact same feeling the first time I met my most recent ex. The feeling of it reminded me of what happens to the water when someone uses a tap or flushes the loo while you're in the shower – you know that abrupt shock, the sudden chill of cold water running down your back?
