Not really. Jesus's Christianity is mostly linked with Buddhism, a "heart center" style spirituality with emotional discipline. Sufism (authentic islam, contained many previous Yogi's, Buddhists, and Christians) were mostly focused on the Fakir style of asceticism (poverty, no attachment to material world style of discipline) and Yogis more centered toward a "yogic" style, with extreme discipline of the mind Then you have your Shamanic style religion, Taoism (somewhat superstitious Chinese Buddh…

You do realize the gospel of Thomas is older than the gospels and contains source material for them, right? If you are Catholic or Protestant you're still following a bastardized version of what Jesus taught. Jesus actual had very much in common with the Buddha in the philosophy and spirituality he promoted. It wasn't some Trinity bs

Don't get butthurt because you follow the corrupt Catholic church and it's derivatives. Read the gospel of Thomas and see what Jesus ACTUALLY said instead of reading a propogandized form of the Bible designed to placate the masses into a new imperial control that center around the Vatican

Yup, they practice a flawed version of Christianity that is essentially made up paganism to control the masses

Nooo, not at all. I've always been slightly chubby until I started doing low carb fasting. My issue was maintaining without making it an eating disorder.. switching my diet up was a godsend for that. Ketosis definitely works for killing appetite, in my opinion the best way to induce ketosis is through intermittent fasting but still eating a carb rich diet low on fats. This diet also works best with higher physical activity Are you on estrogen pills for birth control? That can really put a damper…

Where do you live that the post-baby body is not yet a thing? Colombia. Not uncommon to be a 16-20yo mom there, but they're way healthier in general. I've had sex with a few... Vagina is normally tight, boobs looked normal (or awesome) everything was pretty normal. No crazy stretch marks or anything. I think that having a baby at a young age and being healthy you bounce back fast. I mean, you're still physically maturing and had a baby. Got lots of growth hormone boost and everything.

What you think I'm some kind of keto bro? HAHA, gross. Whole food plant based diet is the way to go. No added oils. If you're going to eat meat limit it and only game meat or wild caught fish. Supplement iron, b12 and zinc is the first round of defense if you're feeling a lack from less meat. (Oysters have high amount of zinc, animal liver for iron, are best ways to get these nutrientes without supplements. I think supplements are equally as effective) There's nothing wrong with carbs from whole…

The issue is what people think is a "healthy diet" is just wrong. If you are eating the right foods you will eat to proper satiation.

Putting abuse on your body to impress the male gaze with shaving waxing and makeup is asinine to me. If you're good looking your good looking no matter what. Find a man that doesn't care about shaving or makeup and you will save yourself a lot of red flags (namely, porn, or weird Mommy issues)

Yeah BMI underestimates women who are chubby(bc skinny fat) and overestimates men with muscle. If you're a woman with very little muscle (the majority, even many a " fitness models" ) then 5-10 extra pounds from ideal bodyweight/BMI makes you skinny fat, chubby. It doesn't mean you're like a terrible person, but as an attractive fit athletic male I expect something like me. I've dated women 5-15 pounds over their ideal weight I'm not an ass but when they change their lifestyle to match mine then…

I mean they don't really put much effort in appearance either considering that we have somehow been convinced that being fat is healthy and everyone and their mom is a makeup expert since youtube. And no, I don't consider painting your face putting effort into appearance, that comes from diet and lifestyle.

Millennial in the USA have watched criminal Bush spend trillions on war, just to pass the buck to criminal Obama to spend trillions on war, just to pass it to pop star Trump to do the same shit. Meanwhile the banks crash the economy, get a bailout and sick pension, while regular people get saddled with economic debt from the insurance/medical industry and /government/education scam cash in. Calling socialism "free stuff" is just a childish comparison. Are public roads free stuff? Firefighters? P…

Lol... A communist/socialistic society wouldn't have class or money so no one would have power from that. Being socialist or communist is not hip at all. Being SJW liberal "humanist" that's quite materialistic, still common, and most of those people hate communism or socialism as an idea. And if they're a middle-middle upper class or higher they have every right to be, the materialist value they gain is dependent upon global capitalism that enriches us without doing jack. It's the reason they we…
