Prison inmates eat crappy food and are exposed to all sorts of plastics contamination. They do not get lots of exercise but are able to put on ton if muscle if they lift weights. So maybe not bring around women is the best thing for t levels. I know from personal experience that after I moved to a different part of the office where there are mostly women my t levels dropped, I get tested twice a year.
