Oh boy this happened to me once. I went back to my home city for vacation to visit friends and family. I opened tinder to see what's up there, and I match with someone that looked fairly decent on the photos. My God, I should have ran when I saw that whale exit the tram where we were supposed to meet. Not only did she have no neck, but her personal hygiene suffered on every aspect. In the end she stormed off with a tantrum when I told her I'm not interested and that I'm about to leave.

There is a big difference in 83 million population and 9 million population. Also given that pedestrian movement is down for 70% in the public space. More raw numbers of cases = more risk of spreading it more. Cases per million population is not a good argument here. Edit: a lot of shops are now open in Austria, besides the necessity shops.
