First of all, how old are you? A girl telling you she loves you as a way to ask you out is sort of crazy person territory. If you have been friends for a long time, then maybe it makes sense, but if you have been friends for a while, you should be able to tell her exactly what you told us. Eh, I don't get the salon recommendation. I have never gone to a salon type place where they had a clue how to cut men's hair. These upscale places are for women. Work on become the best version of yourself. I'm not saying you have to wait to try approaching girls, but people in general like to be around happy, healthy, confident, people. Go running, lift weights, dress better, work on your style, it helps with confidence, will help naturally attract women. Work on your education or career. All of these things will improve your life and benefit your goal of advancing with women.

Depends on your environment. I work in healthcare, I can not do a lot of things by myself, so I ask for help, but I always offer it in return as well. If someone needs your help, recognize that hey look up to you enough to ask for it. Don’t be a pushover and do someone’s work, or something they could do themselves, but don’t be a douche and never help, that’s why you have coworkers to get accomplish some sort of goal.

I am a nurse. What are your symptoms? How did you diagnose yourself with a prostate bacterial infection or a UTI? Really the only "natural" thing you can do is to increase your fluid intake and keep everything clean, but my honest advice would be to just to get an antibiotic, that is what they are for. Do you want to spend weeks hoping it goes away, or a few days and then be symptom free. If you do go get an antibiotic, make sure you finish the course the doctor gives you.

I understand. But the only girls I can attract are ones that have so much baggage, that to me, they are undateable. Good looking girls are nice, but I wouldn’t be frustrated if they had any redeeming qualities, like ambition, or interesting hobbies, or intellect, or humor. And then I think this has to be a reflection of me, that’s why women don’t find me attractive because I’m none of these things.

Joint accounts are fine if you are married and she is working. For paying for bills and saving for shared things like vacations. From experience, you should have separate accounts for discretionary funds, things like food, impulse purchases, etc. This way no one worries about the dumb stuff the other is buying with whatever you have budgeted to buy this stuff.
