Not to be rude but it sounds like she has a lot of trauma and you lashing out at her is really insensitive to that and honestly pretty mean. Maybe instead you can talk to her kindly and try to build her self worth and self confidence up to your level, instead of bagging on her like all the men in her life have. We have to help our sisters by raising them up not looking down even if she’s making awful choices
