For a young man As with majority of users, it can potentially lead to a spiral of abuse and the need to numb out emotions etc. I have enjoyed the use of it primarily in my late twenties, though I think it’s best to respect the plant, and use it as a tool to explore the inner workings of your mind, consciousness and perceptions of this life. 1	How do you deal with the insecurity that you're probably just one of the many guys she is texting/going out with? I completely understand. And whether it’s the truth or not, try looking truth right in the eye. Cannot change what may or not be going on her end of things... so let it go. The way I try to see it, when the two of y’all together, that’s the only moments that truly matters! So just do you!.. make your moments count and enjoy the company together.
