I don't know how to measure or even really define horniness and I can only compare my past partners to myself. So based on my personal experiences I'd say most women are "hornier" than I am. About your other points: Of course women would prefer a dildo over the average guy, the chance to reach an orgasm through casual sex with a stranger is way smaller for women than it is for men. Also one night stands/hook ups are potentially more dangerous for women than they are for men.
