6	Female applicants to be given preference for firefighting jobs: "preference in selection will be given to female applicants assessed as suitable" Male teacher applicants in elementary education are expected to remain silent. I'm actually going through the hiring process to become a firefighter, which includes taking the CPAT. The female applicants take the test right alongside everyone else, and the tests are scored the same way. The military might make it easier for women because anybody can fire a gun, but when it comes to dragging or carrying a person from a burning building, you either can, or can't. How is this a social issue? How is this related to mens rights, like equal custody, equal job/social representation, equal punishments, etc?
