Wow. Even if the claims are true that he tried more than once to kiss the girl, shouldn't action (if any) be taken against the parents? For example: You don't blame a child for acting out or swearing at a young age like 6, you blame the parents for their poor parenting. Colorado is an extremely censored and leftist state

2nd degree murder is murder with intention but not premeditation. 1st degree murder is murder with both intention and premeditation. While it was a bat-shit crazy thing to do, the sentencing seems correct to me.

I think she's talking more about psychological or emotional 'rape'. She's using the term out of context and very loosely but I can understand what she means. Now, that isn't to say I condone the fact that she specifically says men emotionally/psychologically 'rape' women and not "people can emotionally/psychologically 'rape' people", but still.

Given those parameters I can't be certain, though I would think that actual rapes were more common. That's most definitely not to say that falsely reported rapes are not a problem that leads to the lives of uncountable men being ruined, but I still have faith enough in humanity to assume that a majority of women wouldn't purposefully ruin another humans life because she felt guilty and regretful about a sexual act.

It's nothing, is why this post is annoying. There is a stereotype of men in America that we act all tough and macho but the second we get a slight cold we instantly become bed-ridden and weak, claiming we are sicker than we really are. I wrote this for a pscyhology class on Marriage and Family. The professor is a total white knight, blaming men for 90% of problems in marriage and within the family structure. Wow, was I ever wrong about her. I posted this yesterday because I thought we handled Hanna a bit harshly, but after seeing this dirty tactics of cherry picking and victimization, I feel like an idiot. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and she proved that she didn't deserve it... Anyone who read that AMA would realize that 95% of the comments were legitimate questions made by rational arguers looking for her honest opinion. I'll just slink back into the shadows of lurker-dom.

That's true, I just feel like a lot of the more hostile commenters were saying it when they had a really strong point to argue against one of her lackluster responses; that they really tried to stick it to her by satirically referring to her with a title of superiority before destroying her. They could have just posted their comment, everyone knows who they are talking to, especially when they reply to one of her comments...

I'm a staunch MRA, but I would like to point out something: Sandusky (I'll use him as an example as he's another recent molestation case involving a male perpetrator) got 30-60 years for molesting ten boys. That's 3-6 years per boy. This woman got 30 years for 4 boys, which is 7 years per boy. Those figures don't include parole though. Ending SS isn't a Men's Rights issue, it's an issue of liberty and the freedom to choose. Equalizing SS and making women sign up would qualify as a Men's Rights issue. We don't need to necessarily end SS, just expand it to include women.
