I worked and took advantage of the tips given. Best tip night ever by blue pulled guys that felt bad for me to be working. Jokes on them! I felt more pity for them. Never had I seen more sour faces on guys than I had before that night.

I know the one on the right because he was a prominent figure on my campus during undergrad. He was originally a very flamboyant gay guy that was rebelling against his super conservative family from what I could remember. Very effeminate and had very little shred of masculinity from what I could remember. He then went on to get a self-created degree in LGBT activism (my school has an option where you can create a degree with advisor permission; half the peeps made some really good ones that the …

Happened to me in the ED last night. Senior residents were switching shifts. The guy was clearly getting pissed because female resident took 45 min to an hour to get settled in even though her shift had already started way earlier. He was forced to stay an hour later than he had to because the female senior was taking her jolly old time. The interns (both dudes) had already finished sign outs and were hauling ass seeing patients. My attending got so pissed at the female senior resident and told …

I work in pediatric genetics for a month rotation, and I can tell you all kinds of crazy shit that goes down with paternity fraud. We have had to talk with ethics council and the lawyers about how to handle this shit. I am not sure if peeps are interested in what kind of shit happens with this shit. Ever since this rotation, I have felt an aversion towards women, and yet, an envy that they have so much they can get away with.

Jordan was ridiculously competitive and had an indomitable will to win. There have been countless stories of how competitive he is. You should know how he grew up and the mentality he developed. He was rejected from his high school varsity team for having shitty defense skills and being too short then later became defensive player of the year some time later. He still has the unbroken record of points scored in a game (63 points). Jordan also had the benefit of legendary coaches like Dean Smit…

That is assuming they take care of themselves. As a 27 y.o. right now, most girls I knew that were once absolute hotties or quite attractive back in undergrad and high school have already packed on pounds and/or look in their late 30s or early 40s despite being only in their mid-late 20s. A lot of women take for granted their SMV and don't do what they can to capitalize on it (long term). They milk it for the short term gains like chad and tyrone.

Part of it is the Japanese culture. Look up their traditional wedding attire and the meaning behind it. The women wear hats to “hide the horns of jealousy, anger, pettiness, etc”. Additionally, the women often control the purse of the house. Men make the money; however, the wife takes it away and give the husbands an “allowance” despite the men making the money. Also, the work culture is soul crushing in many ways worse than ours.

What is scarier is that the wall hits some women even earlier than their 30s. Shit, a chick I had a thing for hit the wall hard at 27 and she's half a year younger than me. I almost pity them, but then I remember how they treated me and say Karma's a bitch.

I consider it a prelude to a golden era for men as most men are waking up to the bullshit of Progressivism and 3rd wave Feminism. I am sure you noticed there is a rise of "Anti-feminists"/Tradwives/RP women lately. To me, they are wolves in sheep's clothing. It is just rebranding a form of feminism to adapt and regain power; however, most men are wising up to the tricks.

It started the same way for me a 5-6 years ago. The older I get, the less I want to have relationships with women. I find my freedom and time much more enjoyable. I found it empowering to use that time to learn new skills and take up new hobbies as well as build up my career.

Yoga works a lot of stability muscles along with stretching to build flexibility. This allows for more efficient movements. It is a very good complement to lifting and sports.
/r/TheRedPill24/01/18 02:12 AM
3

That has nothing to do with the discussion here of fitness. Now if you were to say the meta of American sports and fitness trends affects the rest of the world, ok, then that could be a discussion point, but I disagree with the prevailing culture argument.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/18 07:55 PM
1

I think that is a common problem a lot of younger guys have. We take for granted the flexibility and mobility we have that gets lost over time when it isn't maintained or built up. Being near my 30s, I am more conscious of my joints as I want to continue doing things as I get older.

Yoga and CARs together make a huge difference. It's helped immensely with both my lifting and martial arts.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/18 04:29 AM

Those are all fantastic stretches. I agree. Doing both yoga and CARs to supplement lifting and other exercises provide longevity and less pain and soreness.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/18 03:09 AM
6

Depends on your running form and where you are running. It can be extremely taxing on the knees. Knees are one of the weakest structures in our bodies. Hence, knee CARs are extremely important.

As long as you get omega-3, you should be fine. It does help with other things too like cholesterol levels.
/r/TheRedPill23/01/18 02:13 AM

If you are only lifting, sure. I need to do my cervical CARs, thoracic CARs, and knee CARs because I am doing BJJ, MMA, and Muay Thai.

5

You will notice an improvement in your lifts.
/r/TheRedPill22/01/18 11:38 PM
13

Yeah the cracks tell you those joints need more work. The more CARs you do in those joints, the smoother it will be over time. You won't feel those cracks as often. Make sure you irradiate (keep that joint isolated, engage your glutes and abs, and keep other side still to not overcompensate) to keep it isolated.

it happens to all of us. When you get in an environment where blue pill thinking is encouraged and rewarded, it's easy to slip. To make it worse, old habits are also tied to older and more established relationships like family. So, don't sweat it too hard when you feel those pulls. Recognize them for what they are.
/r/askTRP14/09/17 12:47 AM
1

How long have you started committing yourself to RP ideas and living the lifestyle? Habits take around 2-3 weeks of consistent conscious effort to become almost 2nd nature. This is why people have a difficulty with quitting smoking or drinking or other shit. Because during those 2-3 weeks, while your body adapts, your mind hasn't yet. Thus, I won't be surprised you may find yourself feel the pull back to old habits. When you do get those pulls, think about meditation practice and the like. It's …

Look at how they got into it. It's always a male figure that introduces them to it. It is almost never of their own volition. I can't think of any fitness chick that got into it of their own volition. Plus, women are always going to do things by consensus, aka THEY ARE HERD CREATURES. By nature, they aren't going to call the shots or dictate trends. They follow trends. Thus, they will follow to amass the most attention and be socially in.

/r/askTRP11/09/17 12:35 AM
1

I'd first focus on listening more. Dont think about your initial thoughts about what a person says or do. I'd take a step back and follow about what they said? Think about questions instead of your response. i.e. "I really enjoy rock climbing." instead of saying, "oh I do too" or "oh i find it super boring" or whatever your gut reaction is, you can follow up with "What is it about rock climbing you enjoy?" Depending on how much rapport you have, people will usually open up about themselves. A lo…

I think you confuse education level with quality. That's one thing I see off the bat. The first question you have to ask yourself is what are the common patterns behind the women you are meeting? 2nd question i'd ask of yourself is what are the qualities you are looking for in a woman. Each man's idea of a quality woman is very different. 3rd is what kind of man would these women be looking for and do I have those qualities that match? be honest with yourself here. Honestly, you are way ahead of the curve for the vast majority of men, not just the men of your age. Still maintaining the thousand pound club at that age is amazing. In all seriousness, you will thank yourself for continuing to do so when you hit your 70s and 80s. My question is regarding the length of time for ghosting. When you ghost a girl, I know some will be indefinite and forever because they are blatantly disrespectful or have some serious red flags that make them an absolute no go. I guess mine is regarding plates that were once great and treated you like a king. At some point, whether I ended up slipping into some old beta habits or for whatever various reason, they then start to become disrespectful, which leads to a ghosting period. Ultimately …

I think it depends on who you met. The ones from middle-lower class families tend to have a bit more beta behavior. The ones I knew from my undergrad that came from super rich families i.e. the son of the top executives of Din Tai Fung or the son of an executive of Google China were really alpha. It's nothing personal at the end of the day. I am neither friends with my colleagues nor am I enemies with them. The only reason the author uses such language that paints masculine and competitive values negatively is because a lot of people especially women, while they are just as Machiavellian in nature and behavior, like to think themselves moral and just. They don't want to think themselves to be a bad guy despite doing such things themselves.

I think a better example of a successful female ceo would be the Xerox CEO. What impressed me about her was during my brother's graduation speech, she made these comments: "I got invited back to Columbia to talk because I was black, a woman, and a CEO. This shouldn't be the case because I was only an above-average student at Columbia. I was nothing in particular special that should merit a callback here to give this speech. "

When a lot of your own hand-picked executives leave, and many describe her as a "Steve Jobs Wannabe," I would call it questionable as a success. I agree she was successful at google, but as a ceo, she's a failure in my own mind. She's not a very good leader.

This is actually from Zen riddles. I can't remember how it read, but it essentially read like this. When first seeing a mountain, it is a mountain. When you carefully examine the mountain and study its intracacies, you don't see the mountain. You see the trees, the rocks, and villages all around. After you finish studying and experience the mountain enough, you see a mountain as a mountain. I butchered it, but that' what I remember from one of the zen riddles.

The marriage dyamic goes way back historically. Traditionally, women wore two choices of headgear/veils. One of them was the tsunokakushi. Back in the day, women were believed to have horns, which contained all their jealousy, ego, and selfishness. The bride wore the tsunokakushi to hide those horns of jealousy, ego, and selfishness to be an obedient wife.

think of haggling/negotiations. You want a price/package, but a seller has another price/package in mind. You know you have more power and you have the ability to walk away and find another seller that can provide you this price/package. Seller has to either "hold frame" with original pricing or acquiesce to your frame and give you your desired price/package. You hold frame by still maintaining your original standards and pricing and know you can get it elsewhere. You can apply this to work forc…

I can understand your pain, but I will be honest and say I almost never hear the gym music. When I am in my set, I am so focused that I tune everything out. It's only during my rest between sets I can hear the music. Even then, I am more thinking about my next set or my time (since I always bring a stop watch with me to time my sets and rest periods). Maybe it's just me, but I think you are over reacting a little to the music played at the gym. Don't forget those gyms just want money and play mu…

After watching Criss Angel when I was around my middle school days, I decided to pick up some books on how to do magic and things. As soon as I read a few pages on stuff like sleight of hand. The pussy pass is grossly underestimated in medicine also. In med school, we have lots of TBL (team based learning exercises). If a girl is struggling, people will go out of their way to help her out. If she does a basic concept or technique right, lots of people exclaim, "you go girl!". Reverse that for a guy, and only a few nice guys would go help. They won't have as much patience to help. If a guy does it right, no one bats an eye.

They were saying the rest of the girls were better candidates to be wives should my brother choose among them. Both my parents did tell my brother and me that time is on our side. Time is also on your …

converse could be true also. When you get up to that point up top, it's hard to look anywhere but down. Conversely again, when you are at the bottom of the totem pole or well, the only direction you can really look is up.

Like many of the comments said, many men are also sheep. It is easier to follow others and let them make decisions. I think we have all been guilty of that. Though once we broke that paradigm, we began to realize how liberating and empowering it was to be in control of our own destiny. The Red Pill philosophy helps accomplish that. On the other hand: Like someone said, I have yet to see a woman create a new industry or field of study. Women are always following what is the "cool kids' crowd". Ex…

Remember, the Feminista army wants The Red Pill and Manosphere destroyed. They see us as a threat to their power because we are discovering truth. Truth can only be suppressed for so long. It takes a while to develop a male friendship to that point. As much as I hate to admit it, many guys, including people that appear "alpha", are hyper-sensitive. Many overcompensate for it. Hence, they are called Faux-alphas. POIC: Polar Opposing Insecurity Compensation. Because they are afraid of being perceived a certain way, they act the complete opposite to compensate. I think all of us have been guilty of that in a certain way. We sometimes forget that our weaknesses can be our greatest str…

I would also say, there have been people selling programs specificly for Asian men and game. DON'T BUY THEM. They are rehashed rip-offs of others. Game is game. Lots of marketing gimmicks and the like that prey on people's weak psychology. Now that I think about it, everyone should have a marketing and sales class to recognize the psychology used to maniplulate people to buy products. It also helps with critical thinking on the fly in social situations.

It reminds me of the study about people who were told they were smart vs. they were hardworking when they were young. Many people don't fulfill their full potential because they can't stand their own worldview/ego/bubble being crushed and having to relearn/unlearn what they already knew. In my opinion, a lot of betas actually have some red pill in them when it comes to career aspects or other traits besides game. Well, you can sort of see the resemblance come closer and closer as time goes on. This resemblance really starts to grow once a woman hits the last half of college. Assuming the woman is not busting her ass in the gym and eating right, she will most certainly look and behave very similarly to the mother. I am not sure why you are not getting upvoted enough.

There are many correct solutions. The Red Pill is about that. What works for one guy may not work for others. However, there are universal truths that are undeniable. There is very little incentive for marriage. The only thing I can think of that it would be beneficial for may be politics. Um, dude. There is a way to be honest without being completely honest. Women have been doing this for years. It is called the art of the half-truth. One of the great go-to lines guys are using "It's Complicated." is a perfect one of those. I myself am still learning to master this art because I am by nature a man that prefers brutal honesty. However, you can't give everything at once. Half-truths allow you the ability to be honest without being fully honest. Plausible deniability at its best.

When you have suffered from the lies for so long, being an antagonistic asshole is a way for me to cope with it. It certainly isn't the best way, but in the end, it has helped me cope. Part of the intentional antagonism is a way for me to hide my real intentions and goals. When people are distracted by the façade, I have already gone in and accomplished what I wanted. I could add an addendum. Some women don't like phone calls. They will try to defer to text, so they can meet with their council of shitty sisterhood advice to plan how they will manipulate the dynamics to their advantage. I found the Red Pill in January after googling sexual market place value. Many young guys can intuit that things are not right in the world.
