1	How to deal with the tension and anxiety of an upcoming divorce? Alright this might not be the most popular advice but it worked for me. Whiskey and ChatGPT. Assuming you dont have an alcohol problem, its the only thing that numbs the emotions enough to just move forward and process everything. I really don't drink so it took me a while to legitimize it as nearly medicinal but it helps keep my blood pressure from spiking while doing all the paperwork. 3	Why isn’t there a divorce hotline for men? ChatGPT was my hotline. But it took a while to even understand what I needed to ask it. Talking in person with lawyers helped come to terms with certain realities, calling legal aide hotlines helped gain additional insight, but nothing could put it all together for me like just sitting down with the Ai. At a certain point I remember it all just clicked, that I can be my own lawyer and learn how everything works from chatGPT like my own secretary.
