| 5 | Gender pay gap - how is it calculated without taking the number of hours worked? Why is there no media debunking news articles?No such thing. In my 30 years experience in EPCM across 4 different companies, female engineers typically took more days off. Note that I am only considering those not pregnant and without children. Their male counterparts of the same age group and experience level worked full time and only took sick days as needed.
