0	I’m a low energy type and COVID has made it worse, any tips for how to be more energetic when meeting new people? I’ll say this though, I was a pretty quiet guy, like shy, then I just started saying what I actually wanted to say all the time. But the thing is I wanted to say it before I was just too much of a bitch before. You need to have the internal desire to speak imo. Great leaders are split 50/50 introvert extrovert believe it or not. You don’t need to be loud to be attractive. Don’t force anything at all ever. Talk to who you want to talk to, how you want to talk to them.
