1	Indian Women!! As an Indian girl I can tell you that the "approach " you are talking about depends on where you are. Like if you're in a bar or sth it's cool to go up to a girl and talk but in in public, it becomes wierd because we have all dealt w cat calling creeps and we might misjudge you and categorize you as a creep too.
