There’s nothing to stop insurers from covering the tests starting at age 45, and some are likely to do so, but at this time insurers are not required to (and some might not) cover the cost of colorectal cancer screening before age 50. At 90% coisurance, it was still $600 out of pocket. I'm at high risk for colon cancer so I have it done every year. At least I'm supposed to. Unless they changed something in the last year, the law itself doesn't explicitly make either of those procedures free. If the case was a situation where the victim was passed out and the prosecutor "found" the suspect to charge then I wouldn't call it a false rape allegation. I've never read a story like that but from my understanding at least in the state of Michigan if both parties are drunk they can both charge each other with rape (non-consensual sex). The police approach both parties to see if they would both would like to drop the charges and of course both do. This may apply to other states/countries.
