Amen. Sure, sloots gonna sloot, but that doesn't make them less of a person. It definitely doesn't give anyone the right to fingerbang them while unconscious. What if a you passed out and the chick you were with decided to give a little finger attention to your brown eye and behind the dumpster? Were you asking for it? I certainly don't want pine needles and whatever the fuck else is in the garbage in my orifices. No wonder this sub was quarantined.

Accurate. When I worked in mental health, this book was basically banned from the Unit. Nurses and psychologists (yes, even the feminist ones) both were thinking "wtf is this bullshit." It's the definition of victimization and "other people control my emotions".

That's an awfully moralistic viewpoint for someone who purports that morals are for weaklings.

Lol. It is my opinion that you are a moron. You have some conservative views, I get it. We can only have “Man and woman”. But homosexuality exists in the wild, brother. You don't get to pick and choose which science is valid. To discount what The Nye has to say just because he promoted a sexual fluidity music jam (which we can all agree was terrible) is stupid. The record shows that sexuality has been shown to exist on a spectrum all the way back to Kinsey. Turns out it IS backed up by science, …

See all the red flags, mate? Interfering with your relationships, leading you on, flirting and then saying she doesn't like you? This looks like classic attention seeking behavior. Maybe you know better; after all, you've only given us a slice of the story, but in my experience, people like this have no problems stringing others along just to have some emotional validation. Move along and meet someone who values your time and affection.

Do you honestly want to be with a person who doesn't want to be with you because you don't want to buy a piece of rock? A hella expensive piece of rock, no less. 27 is the best age to be a single man btw. 5 years is a long time, but there are plenty of people around in the world. Always more connections to explore (as you should know, posting in this sub). Decide what YOU want and don't let other people put their pressures on you. Good luck!

The author is a self-proclaimed satirist. Likely an example of Poe's Law in action. I can't speak for the comments though.

Normally, I would agree. But this is college. Work is transient for the college student. Unless this job is actually important to you, shmooze away! You won't learn anything unless you try new things. Honestly, I think it'll be hard to show any value as a cashier. (Unless you're the owner) A cashier is the lowest of low prestige jobs. Hard to dig your way out of that unless you're super smoking hot. I'd love to hear if you have any success though!

On the other hand, if I got laid 50% of the time I approached, I would say that is super awesome, no?

I'm not saying he WAS beta... It was like a shit test. "You look beta, I will challenge you." If he were in a club situation, it would have looked different. Appearances aren't everything but first impressions are important. Let's put it this way: he definitely wasn't pre-qualified.

To be fair, he looks like he had about 100 pounds on her. He looked like he could just roll into her and she would fall over. Probably why there are weight classes?

Not sure if this is related, but the last president to have facial hair (William Howard Taft, 1913) was right around the time when women were getting the right to vote (Nationally permitted in 1920). I wonder if in the coming years, a president with a beard will be elected again?

I guess I was implying that he wasn't really looking to marry this girl since he already has his doubts.

Are you planning on marrying this girl? If no, why are you wasting your time in a relationship with an expiration date? She's actively cutting off your support group, a common manipulation tactic to make you feel dependent on her. This kind of threat is often a bluff. Manipulation tactics. Her choice to do something dangerous to herself is completely separate from your choice to avoid a toxic relationship. If it makes you feel any better, if she does end up following through on the bluff, call a…
