Alpha is about being the best you to satisfy yourself. 1	I was raised to be a beta I don't think we are all born to be alpha. Groups function much better when there are an appropriate amount of leaders to utilize the resources and man power at the groups disposal. The most efficient use is not when everyone is alpha or a leader. Humanity needs beta providers (the worker bees) just not in leadership roles.
