The wage gap isnt a thing lol jesus fucking christ. The way the calculate wages isnt indicative of actual hourly/salary pay. It doesnt account for overtime, holiday etc pay. It just lumps everything into total wage. Men tend to work more overtime and holidays than women, which is the largest reason for the gap.
